My only disappointment was not going there sooner , I have lived down the road from them for now 28 years , I am a man that doesn’t like change so any ways ..My wife’s car broke down and we were in a tight spot and our regular mechanic is fighting cancer ..I am originally from New Britain so I have been bringing our cars and trucks to friends and family in that area . But since our friend is dealing with cancer my wife and I decided to try Bolton Motors . My wife said to me something about this place she wanted to try them out .Boy was she right .. I called Mike and explained everything I had just mentioned and I was honest about looking at the reviews and we both chuckled and I explain our situation and he assure me he would take care of my wife cars . They got us right in ,,they did a clean job ..the price was fair and most importantly the car is still running great !! But because money was tight we only change what was needed even though I knew better that we should have change all the coils pack at the same time but this was a trial basis . I have decided there’s no need to drive all the way down to New Britain area anymore and they will be getting my business moving forward. Mike I want to say thank you for everything you’ve done for us. I will be by soon to change the other three coil packs just because we both know that is better idea so my wife doesn’t break down again lol a job well done to you and your team. Thanks again.

Glad to have cable fixed, but it was very expensive
Unlike other visits to Bolton Motors, I felt this repair was more expensive than it should have been. I was glad the cable was replaced and the work was satisfactory, but the overall price was first $750, then dropped to $600 when I asked for more details. I probably should have gotten an estimate from one or two other repair shops first. My fault. Not theirs.

Anne said there was a little miscommunication with a part not being in the day they expected it. When she went to get her vehicle, they said the part had come in damaged and they had to order a new one. She felt she should've been called and told about the part. She will continue to use them, they've always been polite and prompt with any problem she has, and she appreciates how they handle everything.
