Extremely helpful staff. They were very empathetic and helpful to my situation. They helped get me set up for a rental car and got my appointment setup. They said that they would need my car a week to fix my car and they delivered. Plus they even cleaned out the inside of my car. Extremely happy with the service and staff. Bonnell's did an excellent job from the first call to have my vehicle assessed until I picked it up after it was repaired.
Bonnell's has repaired two vehicles for me and the cars looked amazing when finished. They make the whole process so easy, from getting an estimate, to dropping off the vehicle and getting a rental, to picking up my car and returning the rental. Their staff is always friendly and courteous and they do excellent work.
