Our diagnostic process is thorough because we value accuracy over guesswork, ensuring clients make informed decisions about their vehicles. While my gesture of cleaning the door handle was intended as a courtesy, (normally I make sure the vehicle is clean before the customer arrives) I regret it was interpreted otherwise.
