Not happy
I love my Sonata. I am very unhappy about the repair when my car was wrecked while parked in front of my house. I brought it back to the dealership so it would be repaired by the experts. But it was given back after 90 days and it was not running right. I took it back and after 2 weeks they give it back and said the problem was my fault, which it clearly was not. I was told that’s all they could do.

Disappointed in service on new vehicle
Needed to have tires checked since my warning symbol kept coming on and off, then on again. Made an appt and after 2 hours waiting . . . told no issue . . . guess what 24 hours later warning light back on. The service advisor said my reason for bringing it in wasn’t on the service order . . . may I suggest next time, just ask customer and also notify customer after waiting longer than told service would take. I appreciate technicians, my late husband was one for 40 years . . . they need information to correct address repair. Now I need to make another appointment,etc. etc.

Total ignorance
No thank you. I went to Washington hyundai and was able to trade my car with no problem. I just know now that I can never come to your dealership again and be treated with respect. You also may want to inform your finance officer and appraisal tech that they lost a customer due to their ignorance.
