Damage to my vehicle while in the shop, takes no responsibility!
I found Bradley Auto on AAA certified Auto Repair thinking it may cost more, but the services at a certified shop is highly recommended with AAA. I received my car back with damages that were not their prior. When I spoke with the manager Paul, he showed no concern or took any responsibility right off the bat. When I asked if he could review the cameras or videos to see what might have caused this he said, "He was no where near where my vehicle was damaged and that I would also need pictures of my vehicle before repairs were done to prove anything" while not answering my question or trying to help review what may have caused this. I received a 40 point inspection and diagnosis which I was charged 354.87 just to diagnose and then 350.00 for minor repairs/parts with an outcome that my vehicle was now damaged on the outside of the vehicle and that the shop claims the damages were done prior to bringing it in. They were 100 percent with absolute certanty not there before. I understand things happen, its life, but it is incredible for a AAA certified Auto Repair Shop to be responsible for damages to my vehicle and then not repairing it after being so careless and destructive. Paul the manager stated "It's an older vehicle anyway, good luck with reporting it." I do NOT recommend receiving services from this shop.

Finally......!
For 12 years I stuck with Certified Transmission & Car Care in Upland. Tony and his crew had taken great care of my vehicles and vehicles owned by family members who still use their services. Unfortunately, since moving to Menifee, Upland is too far to try to get cars serviced or repaired since Certified Transmission isn't open on Saturdays. I've had no luck finding a Mechanic until now. I took a shot at using Bradley Auto Care by taking them my 2006 Hummer H2 and Liam was quick to perform maintenance needed and the text alert containing data from a full vehicle inspection is awesome. Just a couple of days ago, I returned to have them service my 2006 Expedition and again, the service and worked completed was awesome, to the point I've already recommended a friend to try the service. I'm the type who prefers to stick with one network of people to get things done and I hope I can go another 12 year and more with Bradley Auto when it comes to taking care of my cars/trucks. The pricing was a bit high (in my opinion), but I'm sure as the relationship builds, that will not be an issue as well. However; at this time and for the unforeseeable future, I'll be taking my 4 vehicles (2016 Ford Escape, 2015 Kia Optima EX, 2006 Hummer, 2005 Expo), to Bradley Auto Center & my 19 year old son say's he'll do the same with his car (2012 Fiesta) when needed. Thanks Liam and crew for a prompt service and customer service. See you next time & FYI I have a 2008 Nissan Altima in my garage and in the not too distant future, I'll need to replace or rebuild the engine it :-).

Couresty Call
I had a scheduled appointment for my vehicle on Monday 1/6/2020 @ 9am this was setup on Tuesday 12/31/2019 since I was told the part wouldn't be in till Friday 1/3/2020 we agreed that I would bring my vehicle in on Monday 1/6/2020 I arrived for my appointment and after sitting in waiting room for 15 mins. was told that part still needed to be sent from dealership. I was not happy. They could of at least called me back on Friday to explain so I didn't waste my time. Integrity and Customer consideration is unacceptable for this. A simple phone call C'mon is that to much to ask. I will never return again. I also feel that even with my AAA discount prices too high.

They never fixed my A/C
In 2016 Bradley Auto charged me $1078 to fix my AC. 2017 and 2018 both summers my AC went bad, they recharge the AC and said if it happens again, we're going to fix it. Today7/31/19 they told me to kick rocks ?

Honest Folks
This was my second experience with these guys that demonstrated honesty - a fleeting trait in the automotive repair business.
Had my battery changed, and when I got the car back my dashboard flickered and went black. hours later, I noticed my A/C wasn't blowing cold anymore. I was worried. Called them immediately to let them know, though I couldn't bring it in until Monday. They charged me nothing to look at it, found a blown fuse that solved both problems, had it back same day - total cost $0

Thank you Again
This is the only service station I will go to for my car!! All of the staff are so helpful and friendly. My last visit was handled by Liam and, once again, I was struck by the amount of offered explanation for my car's problems. I used to go somewhere else and always felt like I was being taken advantage of. But at Bradley Auto I am always treated with respect. Thank you to all of the workers.
Hi
Great mechanic. My only concern was that work was done on the car that was scheduled for another day so since I drive my car to work, I had to call in sick. Please next time don't tell me," He has already started on it ."when I know that replacing the vacuum pump requires extensive work and more than an hour or two. Thanks
Overall I'm satisfied with the repair, but I wasn' prepare for that big expense as to put a new head gasket, also some doubts on a prior tune up, gladly I got a good price on the repair and my car is driving smoothly again
Long waits and delays to get work done. Work not completed properly. Very expensive.
We are seniors with only one car. Required two trips and 4 days to have intake manifold gasket replaced as only had one mechanic qualified to make the repairs. Serviced transmission using an after-market gasket which resulted in gasket leaking within a few weeks. When I complained about the leak, they agreed to replace with a proper gasket at no cost. This required two trips and hours of waiting. Then they told me I also had leaks in the Manual Shaft Seal, Extension Housing Seal and Dip Stick Tube Seal and wanted to charge me $338.30 for repairs. If all those items were leaking, why were they not discovered and disclosed during the transmission service a few weeks earlier? Very disappointed.
Car was brought in late on a Thursday afternoon and we expected to have it back on Saturday to meet Sunday and Monday needs. We were unhappy and displeased late on Saturday to receive a call saying it would not be ready until Monday. A short time later we received a call from a different employee saying the work would be completed that day. I suggest you reward the second and retrain the first in customer relations.
