Worst experience I ever had with a car dealership
The worst service department that I have encountered. Leased a brand new 2025 GV80 Coupe. The Salesman gave us a great deal in reference to the leasing of the vehicle. After that, it all went downhill. The battery on this new 2025 GV80 Coupe has died 4 times, each time disrupting our lives. The last time the battery died was two days before we were supposed to take our daughter to college. The sales department and the service department guaranteed a loaner car. This was guaranteed during the sales pitch and by the service department when the car battery died for the 4th time. After giving, my driver's license, insurance and credit card and informing all parties that my wife and I would need a vehicle replacement to drive our daughter (as previously planned and authorized by the dealership's service department and salesman, I was assured that the loaner car would be available the next day. The next day came and there is no loaner car. In fact, when I called the service department regarding the whereabouts of the loaner car, I was then informed that the car could not be taken to Fort Myers and then was told that there were no loaner cars. My new leased vehicle (which I have paid for) has also been at this Genesis service department for a week, and after 5 days, I get an text stating that this new car is still in line waiting to be looked at. When I call the service department advisor, he does not answer nor return calls or texts promptly. This is the worst car buying experience and customer service that I have ever experienced. Buyer beware. I will be contacting Genesis, and will never recommend this brand or this dealership. We had to pay $500.00 to rent another vehicle. We have been told things by the salesman, like "shit happens' and the only service we continue to get is lip service. I continue to pay for the Genesis, which usage has been extremely limited this month and continue to be without the car and continue to be without any replacement car. The service manager went as far as throwing the salesman under the bus, stating that ' he was not authorized to tell us that we could take the car to Fort Myers, before he switched his comment to "we have no loaner cars.

Excellent Genesis Service
My A/C went out on my GV70 3.5 SP. I also had 2 recalls, and an oil change done. Sergio R. was an excellent Service Advisor and sent me messages regularly on the progress of my repair. The whole staff was super organized and recieved my car and got me into a loaner in 30 minutes. When I picked-up my car it was waiting for me out front and took only 15 minutes and I was on my way home. Excellent experience... Thank you Sergio and Team!!!

wonderful employee
I needed a new bumper and sensors for my Genesis G80. Unfortunatly, it took months for the parts to arrive. My service advisor in the collision department, Jairo Nunez, was excellent at keeping me informed about the parts and told me when to bring the car so the service could be done quickly. He was efficient and professional even when I was concerned about how long it took to get the part. Also Jean Dumas went above and beyond cleaning some paint off my hood.
They both made my visits pleasant.

Worst dealership service ever
I have leased cards from many different companies(Mazda, Ford, Acura, BMW) this was by far the worst service experience in my life. I asked for manager multiple times during the time and he couldnt be bothered.

CON ARTISTS! Go anywhere but here. I have taken my car to Braman on 4 occasions and had the exact same experience each time. Every time I picked my BMW up it is not fixed. Completely incompetent. The concierge, white glove service is all show to charge more. High paid salesman working on commission who care nothing about their clients. Only trying to run up the bill.

The first time I took it in, I told them what was wrong, the coolant sensor was bad. They said no, did a bunch of other work and charged me roughly $1500. I picked up the car and within a day the coolant light came on again. Took it back. They fixed something else and charged me another $400. Picked it up, the coolant light came on AGAIN. Took it back and they told me it was the coolant sensor. Exactly what I told them was wrong the first time it was under $200 to fix.

I picked up my car today after taking it in for the check engine light. After paying $1650 for what they said was wrong, valet brings my car around and the check engine light is on. My rep was gone and I was told, "oh, there must be something else wrong with it, the light wasn't on when we test drove it." I didn't even make it off the lot and now they are telling me to leave it and they will figure out what else is wrong!!!! I doubt what they did even needed to be done. "Oh, but we will give you a loaner" like they are doing me a favor. No apology, no looking at it on the spot. Trash work and all lies. Do yourself a favor and RUN FROM BRAMAN. You would have better luck risking it a mom and pop shop.

I had a truly great experience I’ve never purchased a car online site unseen but my salesman Jesus Pizaro was so informative made me feel so comfortable and he guaranteed me that I would be satisfied at the completion of our sale and I truly am excited about the vehicle that I purchased and I appreciate all of his help and his extra help coming in on his off days to help me purchase that vehicle thanks again Bremen motors and I will definitely be referring my friends to Jesus for their purchases of the genesis GV 80 that everyone in south western Pennsylvania really enjoys

I successfully completed my first Internet transaction with Bremen Genesis my sales person was in tentative very intelligent about the product more than happy to show me all the features and the complete total value of the vehicle we did everything through transmissions and phone conversations he worked extra hard to make sure that I was satisfied with the deal he even came in on his off day to rectify some things to make sure that I would be a satisfied customer The finance Director was very helpful in completing a technical issue that wasn’t related to their agency Bremen Genesis will go the extra mile for you and I ask myself. Buying a car
This was the most enjoyable experience I have had buying a car and I have bought a lot of them. First they did not try to add on extra charge above sticker price like a lot of the dealers are doing now with the shortage of cars. They even went below sticker price. The salesman Jesus was very professional and asked a lot of questions to help me decide on the car that was right for my wife and I. He was not pushy and they had quite a selection of colors to choose from and different packages to select. After I purchased the car he was very helpful in explaining how to do all the electronics and knew that I would not remember all by the next day. He told me to call him anytime to go back over anything and I have called him numerous times and he has been there to help. The finance department was very nice and got a new license plate right there rather than getting a temporary and then having to go get the plate. When I get another car for my kids in the near future this is where I will come.

He was very professional and knowledgeable; taking the time( after his normal business hours when he was off) to explain the car’s advanced tech and answering all my questions I’ve been purchasing cars for over 30 years and he’s one of the best salesman I’ve come across

My scheduled appointment disappeared after the service person assigned left Braman's employ. Other customers, according to staff, experienced the same thing. Long wait to get it straightened out. Long wait to get release form to check out and get the car Car was dirty upon delivery.
