Spoke briefly today to Rosanna on the phone. I didn't want to give any of my info out to her as I was just asking what the inventory was on a Palisade. She said that how did she know that I was a serious buyer and then hung up on me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where they treat customers like people and not just a number.

Do I have to give them a star for subpar service?

Poor Service and followup
Brought my 2014 Veloster in for an engine rebuild in late Nov. Car was returned 15 weeks later, in late Feb. Engine rebuild was done to my satisfaction. However, there was both cosmetic damage to the car and non-functioning items when the car was returned to me. Was told by the Service Manager, Jacin, that Brandon Hyundai would make it right. I was OK with overlooking the cosmetic issues, in order to get the following repaired (inoperative windshield washer, inoperative radio touchscreen, missing rubber cover on the rear hatch release). Jacin refused to repair these items. All were 100% functional when the car was dropped off in Nov. Called Jacin a number of times, but never got a call back. It seems that dealer profit is more important than customer satisfaction @ Brandon Hyundai. I am in the market for a new car and would still consider a Hyundai vehicle, but would not buy from Brandon Hyundai, based on my service experience with Jacin.

sketchy and inappropriate comments
wouldn't let me sit in the car or test drive it, as the car was at a second location which was already sketchy enough on it's own. michael cash then tried to sell me this car without any knowledge on the process and made inappropriate comments to myself and my friend that was with me, as we are both women. i do not recommend this place or at least don't recommend working with this salesman.

Buyer Beware ! Tired of being taken advantage of !
been a Hyundai lessee over 15 yrs, I traded in my 2016 Hyundai Sonata after they convinced me and purchased this time a 2020 Elantra at this location. We made a deal no money down and they would cover the remainder of the lease and mileage. I find almost a year later that I had been charged off on my lease supposedly because I owed mileage. A conversation with Hyundai finance who refused to finance my 2021 Sonata and discovering charge off which severely affected my credit. According to Hyundai finance payment were made on that vehicle for about 4 months after I purchased 2020 Elantra and then paid off completely after Brandon Hyundai sold it and paid it off leaving zero Balance. No where does it show that$660.00 dollars are owed on mileage overage, which was suppose to be paid off by Brandon Hyundai on the deal. They made a final total on the deal promises and you you it really carried over into a new Loan. I go to Brandon Hyundai and was basically told that they could not help me or pay for their end of the deal. They called Hyundai finance and they told them it was not their problem, and it was being sent to collections also told me that it didn’t matter that I am a Loyal Hyundai customer, and that it they would have financed me which they didn’t want to at the time. They would not charge me for mileage due to the fact that I’m a loyal Hyundai buyer only if I finance with them. This will probably be settled in court with punitive damage caused by Brandon Hyundai as this has affected my family’s life as we are now dealing with this charge off on a purchase of a new home. Thank you Brandon Hyundai. I WILL NEVER SERVICE MY 2021 HYUNDAI AT YOUR LOCATION LOCATED LESS THEN A MILE FROM YOU. AND WORKING ALREADY AS SOON AS I CAN TO GET RID OF 2021 HYUNDAI VEHICLES FOR GOOD. DUE TO YOUR ACTIONS AND HYUNDAI FINANCE. ANYWAY MY 2014 WAS A TOTAL ENGINE RECALL, TRUSTED YOU AGAIN WITH A 2016 AND THEN 2020 AND THIS IS THE RESPECT AND THANKS FROM YOU FOR MY LOYALTY TO HYUNDAI.. Response to my review.
Apparently my information was not captured during this phone call with the service department. Now, the service manager is denying I’m a customer. I can certainly take my business elsewhere. Nobody has contacted me directly.

Customer Service?
I just called to schedule my first maintenance service for my vehicle. The woman who took my call either hates her job is having a bad day or both. Either way, I wanted to hang up the call and go somewhere else as a result of her tone and way of communicating. I hope this isn't a precursor of how the service appointment will go.

Horrible Dealership
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. The first car I agreed to a price on the phone with a manager and called again on my way to confirm, but when I got there I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to try and find it on the lot only to be told it was previously sold. The next day they found a car at another dealer and said if I come sign for it they can get it within 48 hrs. I signed for it, financed the loan and then 3 days later they get the car but it is not the same car/vin#/color that I am legally registered to and have a loan for! A manager told me the delivery driver assumed I wouldn’t like the car I bought so he picked up a different car from the other dealer instead? Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business

Would give ZERO stars if I could
I dropped my car off to be serviced at 9 AM and was told that would be about four hours and then I’d get a call. Four hours later, no call back, nothing. I called them and spoke to the rude receptionist who kept putting me on hold and said that one of the advisers would give me a call back today. She put me on hold for 20 minutes and I had to hang up finally. I called again she did the same thing and said that an advisor would get back to me. It is 9 PM and I still haven’t gotten a single call on the update of my car. They could’ve at least said that it was going to take another day and that they apologize. But they didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a call back with the status. I was thinking about buying a car from this dealership but I have lost complete trust in this dealership and will no longer buy a car from them.

Bad service
Made 7 am appointment for a recall received a text after 8 saying to many cars before mine. And my car will be ready in a week. I made my appointment in the service department in person. For the very first appointment of the day so how can there be more vehicles ahead of mine? Why make an appointment at all. After I said I’ll be there to get my car I can’t leave it for a week. They didn’t even try to reschedule it. Poor customer service.

If I could leave no stars I would
These guys are the biggest losers ever I've ever come across! We bought a car from these clowns back in September and were able to drive it for about a month, only for us to have turn the car right back around to the dealership. They took no responsibility and gave us the middle finger saying it was not their problem and accused us of being the ones who caused the problem. We had to pay out of pocket to get our car back. We then called Chevrolet and my God it was like night and day with customer service. These crooked little children will be hearing more from us in the future if they do not even attempt to make things right and more. It's a pathetic scam they thought they could pull over over on us and we will make sure it never happens again to anyone else in the future. Salesman Derek Degulis and the very large sales manager sold us the car saying we had to purchase an extra warranty on the car from their dealership. Stated the extra couple grand was to reassure us they would fix any problems with the car as well... Needless to say that fat Mother and his skinny child screwed us royally and that extra couple grand was no incentive to any service they provide! Thank God Chevrolet took it upon themselves to actually look into what was wrong with the car and GM is now involved. You really Fudged up Hyndai and I will make sure every media outlet heres our story on who you kids really are. You might have got a laugh out of this and thought we would go away but we arent and will make sure everyone knows how shady each individual is working for your scheme
