Trustworthy business
I'm a long time customer, and my entire family has used them. They are always up front, honest, and they explain options. They also call to keep you informed during the repair process. This visit I had a repair that could be done two ways, one very expensive, and one was less than $100. On a past visit, I had so many things wrong, so I asked which things were a must-fix for safety and longevity, and which things could wait, and they were honest. I have never ever experienced them trying to sell me something I didn't need. Totally trustworthy, I recommend to all my friends.

Long time customer
This is the best place in Texas to have your vehicle serviced. Pat and Bobby are the most honest people I’ve met and stand behind their work. I wouldn’t trust any other automotive shop with any of my vehicles. They do what needs to be done and nothing more. No cross sell up sell with this team, just getting you safely back on the road at the very best prices out there.

Routine Maintenance and A/C Repair
I had the oil changed, wheels aligned, and automatic transmission fluid changed plus the replacement of a part on the air conditioning. I liked being able to make an appointment and the work was all completed within one day. I have always found BV Auto to be very trustworthy and do great work.

Fantastic place for your service needs
I know of no better mechanic shop in BCS. They give accurate estimates, have reasonable prices, and complete work on time, often in only one day. Service writers Bobby and Pat are easy to deal with, listen well, and explain clearly what your vehicle needs.

Battery Replacement
We usually make an appointment to take our vehicles into BVA but on Friday my battery died a second time in 3 days so we knew it was time for a new one. We dropped the vehicle in and within a few hours it was fixed. I’ll add that the battery still had some warranty left so the price was a nice plus. We have been taking our vehicles to BVA for 20 years and we have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!!
