Incredible service!!!!
Having to go to a mechanic is daunting enough, but exceptionally so after a total breakdown. Ryan, Scott and crew made this potential disaster one of the best experiences I have had.

They were professional, courteous, communicative and thorough. They went above and beyond and made me feel totally safe and at ease.

To top it off, they were able to complete the work about a week ahead of schedule.

I cannot praise them or recommend them more highly!

Brian's is the best warranty service.
Highly recommend.
$3300 worth of work, only had to pay $250 deductible.

Saved me from buying a bomb.
Was looking at a used car for my kid. It looked to be in great shape. I called Don, and brought it to Brian's. Brett and the boys checked it over from bumper to bumper, brought me out to show me everything they found, and handed me an itemized list of their findings. We immediately took the car back, handed the buyer the list and said "No Thanks!". Money well spent! These guys are worth getting to know, I promise you. I bring all my vehicles to them.

Have used Brian's many times and always get top notch service and attention.
I have been using Brian's and its predecessor, Smith Haywood, for many years, I always get good service and they always tell me what is wrong and what it will take and cost to fix any problems. If it is just routine service such as oil change, I know it will be done according to needs. Don is normally my contact and he has always been very good, very professional, very knowledgeable. This last visit for my air bag light on, they did not have the part required to fix the problem. But Don has assured me that they are checking everywhere to try to find the part. My Buick is 21 years old, so replacement parts for specialized working may not always be available. Brian's is always my first choice for the services they provide.

Brian’s Warranty Center has not disappointed on any trip! The service advisor kept me informed about my car’s repairs and delivered service quickly. The best $ I spent was buying the extended warranty from dealer. It has MORE than paid for itself. Thank you for taking care of my fun vehicle!

Great service great price
I arrived unannounced with no appointment with a 1 ton step van that I needed tires put on and balance. They squeeze me in and did a wonderful job. The van has never went down the road any better.
I was super happy with how friendly and professional the crew was
Technicians were very skillful tackling a large job with 6-19.5 inch rims in tires.
I will return with any vehicle I own that needs tires and service

Top notch care, communication and service
We finally found our car shop after five years of looking in the area. Reputable, trustworthy and convenient. I’m convinced that the service centers that are only open weekdays attract the best employees. The difference is with Brian’s, they make these hours work for customers by providing complimentary rides while they service your vehicle. I had to be in Madison for work and they even dropped me off there one time. Quality work and product. My Highlander and I am very happy with the treatment we received at Brian’s!
