Poor service, not trustable, not transparent
Our car was there for two weeks and we've tried asking for a quote multiple times but they weren't transparent, they never gave us any sorts of quote or estimate. We got the final price from the insurance and we never seen any quotes????????????
Seriously we went to other auto stores nearby and they could give us an estimate time to repair and a price quote. So when we decided to change to another repair shop the owner started telling us other auto shops can't repair it and even tried selling us a junk car.

Joseph said the staff did not really do anything to his vehicle. They said there is nothing they can do for his vehicle so they just put a battery and a cap and said that was it. He said he took it to another business and they were able to fix his vehicle very quickly. He said he will never go to the business again and neither will he refer the business to anybody.

Vinay said the service was very pricey. They charge $85 an hour and he had service that was only 15 minutes and they charged him the full hour price. He mentioned that they should not charge for an hour if the work was not an hour long.
