I refunded your credit card for the Michelin tires that were installed on your vehicle. I will let Michelin know that you determined immediately (since you only drove a few miles and came back the same day they were installed) that you did not like the way they felt on your car. On your return and upon your request, we removed the new tires and installed your old tires that were 10 - 15 years old. As I mentioned during our meeting, tires of that age are beyond what the rubber manufacturing industry would classify as safe.
I believe we have made beyond a reasonable effort to take care of your problem. Your credit card refund was processed the same day as your purchase and a copy of that credit is being mailed to you. Thank you.
