I just tried to become a new customer at brotherhood garage in yukon and get an estimate for some auto work after reading several excellent reviews about excellent service good honest work and fair pricing but was priced $500 over dealer pricing for the same repair and parts ( 2 front wheel bearings and a control arm bushing) A Hyundai Manufacturer Certified Dealership repair price estimate was $1,060.00. total Brotherhood Garage Price estimate was $1,530.98 for the same repairs. I asked if they could do a match with the dealer pricing if I brought them the estimate and was told they don’t do that. I also have reason to believe they were intentionally trying to plus sale me and make my parts cost more extensive then was necessary without my need, desire or agreement on my estimate. I asked what the hourly rates were and the lady Shannon Baird stated they do not have an hourly rate and it is discretionary upon several factors and determinations. I find this highly suspicious and does not portray integrity. I would say the fair and honest pricing does not exist with this company so unfortunately I cannot not give them my business after they attempted to come down with military discount they offered they were still way over dealership pricing for the same repairs so unless your willing to pay way above dealership pricing for car repairs I would be careful and consider the dealership first. I reached out to the owner and left a call back number so If by chance this bad experience is addressed appropriately by the owner and not the general manager then I will update or remove this review accordingly. I have no interest in speaking with the general manager because of the relation he shares with the advisor who helped me.

The employees are great! They are friendly, polite, with great smile, respectful, patience, and integrity was evident from start to finish. Service was completed on time, and provided advice about car maintenance. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone and will return in the future.

broke down car repair
We broke down at Loves truck stop between Yukon and El Reno. Couldn't find any help on Sunday.. An uber driver referred us to Brotherhood on Monday. They arranged for a tow then fixed our car (replaced the manifold) and got us back on the road to get back home to Texas. They worked late to help us. We hung out there and waited. Very friendly staff. We are VERY THANKFUL TO THEM!

I honestly wonder how this place has so many good reviews, I've been lied to and left in the dark during this whole process not to mention 2 weeks with no car and no real estimate of when I'll get it back ,I made the mistake of paying last friday because it was supposed to be done ... so I'm just assuming they dont care since they already got paid... .. I won't be going back for sure

Worst place I have ever taken my car
I took my grandson's car here to get the brakes changed. They sent me this list of things they said needed to be done to the car which the car has always been serviced since I bought it in 2011 up to date. They told me that the brakes and rotors needed to be changed which at the time I was in a meeting and did not actually pay attention to what they were saying. Which the rotors could have been turned and just brake pads put on. They charged me over $400 to do this work. When I pick the car up the brakes were not let off and my grandson almost had an accident. We had to bleed the brakes off our self. I will not ever take my vehicle there again and I do not suggest that others do either

Absolutely great service
Brotherhood garage are now in Moore as well as Yukon and I’m so happy. Last week my check engine light came on, so I went to have my car checked out. I’m a single woman so I’m always afraid to go to mechanics, but these people were amazing, they were not only honest but they roll out the red carpet for veterans. My car is now running like it’s brand new. They took me home while my car was being fixed and picked me up when it was done. If you are looking for a place to have your car fix with outstanding customer service I highly recommend brotherhood garage. My only only suggestion is for them to wear mask.

Should Have Gone Here First
We purchased a pre-owned car from a very reputable dealership. We read the carfax, test drove the vehicle, and relied on info from previous owners prior to purchase. Within three days, it became evident the rear air suspension was faulty. Looking up options for repair, we were referred to Brotherhood Garage which had stellar reviews. We made an online appt and were promptly contacted. A thorough evaluation determined there were eight things in need of repair, while 23 things checked out alright. Need of urgency and cost estimates were made available to us in writing. We began repair with two of the eight repairs. The employees are great! Quality service, respect, patience, and integrity is evident from start to finish. We will use Brotherhood Garage from now on.

Ron said he lives about 1500 miles away. He used this business out of desperation. They took him in at a late hour, and they did the service work promptly. He is very pleased.
