Brought my vehicle in for factory recall. Scheduling was a breeze, took my car in right away, at scheduled time, and the work was done in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and friendly. Bought a car here a few years ago and I was very pleased with vehicle, sales experience and quality of car.

Confused staff.
I called asking about work done on my
vehicle previously. Service girl Brittany was rude and service girl Karen AND dealership guy Dave could NOT let me know what was done to my car and told me to wait over the weekend. I actually had to get in touch with the manager on her off day for info so I could get my car fixed for a reasonable price elsewhere.

Extremely time consuming
I brought my car in for first oil change I had a 10am appointment, my car went in within minutes and was on the lift for an hour and a half a total time was 2hrs 20 minutes. It is free. When I got to my local garage oil change with tire rotation and top off all fluids takes 20 minutes. I also called about an issue with my screen going black and the girl said she would call back, she never did. I reset it myself.
