Do your research into this place. There is a reason they move locations often. The bad dealings they have had w locals. I strongly suggest any other shop.

Dependable and friendly
Browns garage is friendly and dependable. They always do good work, use good parts, and co.municate with customer along the way. They explain and try to save me money. and everyone is friendly and professional.

Horrific!!
They scam people. Marlo has been known to steal money, steal cars and even steal parts. They close down and move around to keep their con going. I am horrified by this so called "business". Sure, they actually help some customers but that's only to keep up their facade. I have many people's testimonies as to their "values" and practices. Shame on you Marlo, shame on all of you.

Glad I went to Brown's.
I took my truck to Brown's for some extensive work that needed to be done. It has a lot of miles on it and things need to be replaced. When I got it back, it ran great- for a while. More things needed fixing and, as some vehicles do, they gave out after other repairs were completed. Brown's took the truck in and fixed what needed fixing. One particular issue was extremely challenging but they stuck with it and put a huge amount of effort in to finding exactly what the problem was. They're great people and are willing to do what needs to be done without charging huge prices. I'll continue to be a customer of Brown's for my auto repair needs.

Very helpful, very professional. Very honest pricing.
I have had multiple cars worked on at Brown's from pil changes to.major engine work. They've always done the job well, charged a reasonable.price. and have gone the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

Great Experience!
My 4 Runner is my child, I have no children. They Toyota Dealership in Bellevue tried to scam me into a water pump when one wasn't needed and that prompted me to look for a local mechanic for my T4R. My neighbor suggested Brown's garage, he had all good things to say. Now I entrust my baby with Marlo and her team. Recently I had my oil and tranny fluid changed. My car was done on time and and good job was done. I will be back!!

Not happy
I was dissatisfied as my car is a newer car and clean but when he finished my car the inside was full of mud the floor boards were all muddy and all over my dash and pretty much everything and the ares you put stuff on the side of your door had mud and the black plastic had a scratch as if he had tools on or in his had as he slid by the door. Also my radio station was changed . I will not be returning.

Great service and staff
Brown’s has always taken great care of us when we bring the car in for service. They’re upfront about what is needed and the cost is always very reasonably priced and always cheaper than the dealership. They have great employees and customer service. I recommend them for anything you need!

Goes above and beyond!!
We have taken both our vehicles to Brown’s Garage. The fixed our issues in a timely manner and even fixed a couple things not billed for. I cannot remember a garage I’ve ever gone to that has done this. These fixed were huge fixes but it has made a huge different for our daily driving. Thank you for the great service and staff!!

On time service. Good promotions.
I also like that they tell me what I will have to take care of in the upcoming year. It gives me time to prepare and also makes sure my car is well maintained. So important these days because cars are very expensive. Keep your car maintained.
