Verified CustomerThis vehicle came into our shop with oil and coolant leaks, front and rear suspension problems and electrical problems due to neglect and poor or very little maintenance on the owners part, It needed about $5,000 worth of work in which we fixed the suspension issues, new front and rear brakes and rotors and installed a waterpump and lower intake manifold gaskets to repair the coolant leaks. customer declined the work to repair the oil pan gasket, rear main seal and other oil leaks as well as the electrical issues. he then drove the vehicle down the shore and broke down because the radiator tank cracked and overheated the engine causing engine failure, we towed the vehicle back to the shop and installed the customers used engine that he provided us 2 weeks later. the radiator failure was not our fault as we pressure tested it at the time and it was not leaking but we bought him a new radiator when we installed the used engine and even paid for the $250 tow to try and make it alittle easier on the cost since it was just at our shop and also took another $275 off of the engine install labor but some people you just can't make happy no matter how hard you try! we are sorry to hear that this customer is not satisfied and feels a certain way but we are professionals here at Bucks county garage and we strive to be the best in the area and our customer service is 5 star.....we are not in the business of steering customers in the wrong direction so we feel that if he has a problem with our service and what we did for him then he should approach us with his concerns instead of telling stories that just are not true in an online review anonymously. if we made a mistake somewhere then we will be glad to fix it, no problem at all!
