Manager needs training
Manager tried to have me pay to transfer car from Portland to Auburn. I wanted a black Hyundai Kona n line. Bud Clary only had maroon on lot. After parting with $32,000 , the guy had the audacity to try to nickel and dime me $500! Said that what it would cost to get the black car to Auburn . At that point I was ready to squash this deal. Just out of principle. He of course gave in ... But delivered a parting shot that he was doing this for the sales guy! Wow! Couldn't just eat humble pie. Had to throw that in. He's lucky I really liked the Kona n line. While the buying experience was ok... The manager left a great deal to be desired. I strongly suggest this guy gets back into the training room.3 days later, I pick up the car. Guess what ? Gas tank is almost empty! Less than quarter tank ! New vehicle checklist says full tank of gas. Didn't make a big deal out of it.... My only guess this manager was still miffed. Lol... And with that bud Clary gets 2 stars.... Sorry guys
