The dealership attempted to have me sign over my trade-in vehicle without proper documentation regarding the terms of that trade-in, including zero information about when I would be compensated for my vehicle. When I questioned this, one of their managers grew visibly angry to the extent that I felt uncomfortable being in the room with him.
They also led me to believe that I would receive an educator discount since I'm a professor. However, when I got to the dealership, their educator verification system was not working, and I spent almost two hours attempting to troubleshoot. They finally told me that I had to contact their system's technical support to see if this verification would work.
This is all after I spent many hours coming to an agreement with them and after they did a hard credit pull on my credit.
