Shame on Burien Toyota for their racist regime. Puts a bad name to Toyota. Might as well shut down this location and fire all the employees here. Who has the intentions to hire a specific demographic to solely humiliate and haze them? HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. NEVER GO HERE.

If I could give zero I would
This establishment is an embarrassment to the Toyota company and everything they stand for is beyond disgusting; Most racist and disrespectful branch I’ve been to, they need to either sweep the entire staff and get new people who actually have human decency and respect for other people and who are NOT racist or need to shut down that entire branch.

Racism at its finest
This establishment is absolutely racist and inhumane!
They hired multiple African American candidates, had them dance as an ice breaker, laughed at them and to add insult to injury, a mass text message(which you need the managers password in order to send mass messages to all employees) that says NO N-words ALLOWED. What an absolute DISGUSTING things to say!
I wouldn’t trust these people with a FLY ON THE WALL,
A company/establishment that is capable of being this nasty and horrible towards other human beings but hid it for so long should never be trusted!..makes you wonder what else they’re hiding.

Racist Company
Avoid this place at all costs. Managers are extremely racist and their employees too. Corporate needs to do something about these terrible exuses for human beings. Thought about buying a Toyota but I absolutely will not do so now! All higher ups need to lose their jobs immediately this is disgusting behavior. Buying from this place makes you complicit in racism!

Poor sales experience
My sales experience with Burien Toyota was less than stellar. My original sales rep who very much liked left at the dealership. I was assigned a new sales rep who had little interest in creating a pleasant experience. He was more interested in getting me to sign paperwork. Not friendly, not personable, and once paperwork was eventually signed I was handed the keys with zero input on how to operate the vehicle. I did not know how to use navigation, cruise control, the sound system, or virtually any part of the car. Agreements that I had made with the original sales representative quickly evaporated. Including the trade-in value/offer for my existing Mazda. The new representative had no interest in honoring any agreements and told me “well she no longer works here”. Had I not already waited three months for the car to arrive, I likely would’ve walked out and looked for a new dealership. As I was driving the car home on the freeway, the sales rep called me on the cell phone and asked me if I had any questions. Really?
