Great Service!
I love doing business with small local companies who give great personal service and know who you are when you show up! That’s what it’s like at Burns. Easy to get an appointment. Unbelievably great service
I had a flat Sunday morning. As I was on the phone with roadside assistance, Doug pulled in. He recognized my car and helped on his day off. As usual the service was/is spectacular. I dropped off the wheel early Monday morning. It was mounted and I had it first thing Tuesday. I probably only put about 10 miles on the doughnut. Not only is the service as good as it gets, the staff is truly amazing. I love the community I live in. Burns Auto is an essential part of the hamlet of Newtown. It adds another Rockwell’esk layer of classic Americana. We are really fortunate to have such an establishment.
