Counter girl Hanna is a beeotch!!!!
Went to get schedule a repair. Hanna is the rudest absolute abhorent person to try to schedule with. Very judgemental with an air of superority. Very portly and rude. Her attitude is as ugly as the head under her winter hat. She is a complete Cee You Next Tuesday!!!!!

FRAUD…CHEATS….LIARS….
DO NOT take your car here or rent a U-Haul from here if you want to leave with your dignity and or money. Joe the mechanic doesn’t know how to fix cars. Gives quotes to fix your car however still isn’t fixed after he’s done. Has happened several times to me and people I know. The chain smoking owner does nothing to stop the mechanic from ripping you off either with junk yard parts or work he said he did but never did. WARNING please take your car to Brown Tire. They will fix it right the first time at market price. Busy Bee will say they beat everyone’s prices however have no clue what they are doing. We rented U-hauls from them and the owner told the girl to charge us an extra day for no reason. We had to dispute multiple charges with our credit card. STAY AWAY from this business

VERY MUCH ACCOMODATING AND FRIENDLY
IT WAS EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH MY CAR.I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS AND NO PROBLEMS.

Customer service
I rented a Trailer from Busy Bee to help my fiancé. I also wanted a utility dolly. However I just had hip replacement and needed help putting it in the truck. I asked the girl and she told me to do it my self very rudely sitting there. Another Girl came around the desk and said no I’ll take it for you. I learned the girl that helped me was training and the rude girl was training her. However it seems it should be the other way around. This girl struggled but she got that big utility dolly situated for me. Thank you Hannah for your kindness. As a business owner myself it’s hard to find an employee who truly understands customer service. Her sticking up for me and doing her job well I give this place 5 stars and will continue to come back.

Frauds
I worked there and between the "mechnic" Joe and owner Karim, they ripped people off with billing and charges and unnecessary repairs, I quit due to this couldn't stand lying to people sometimes unknowingly! Would never recommend, worked there 4 years and nearly broke down due to these fraudulent practices and more!

They lie and cheat you out of money without fixing your car
Save your money. Don't let Joe touch your car. He will lie about what he's going to fix and his chimney smoking boss won't do anything about it. They will cheat you out of your money and still won't fix your car. Now I'm out over $1600 and my car still isn't fixed. Worst place ever!!!!!!!

STEER CLEAR
Yeah, don't go here if you want your vehicle actually fixed. Don't go here if you respect yourself. They are cheats and liars. They mark up their prices for labor and parts, sometimes not even using necessary new parts. Rather, they polish junkyard parts and charge for brand new. If you don't want your vehicle to be worse off than it already is, don't trust this business.

The owner's daughter at the front desk is very rude. Insisted myself and my mother were prejudice for being angry over a dispute about money and stolen property (ours). We couldn't care less what they look like or believe in but I guess she needed any excuse to avoid the truth she could get. Newsflash! Playing the race/culture card isn't going to get her Weinstein father a free pass to heaven. Between cheating and lying to customers, groping women and underpaying good employees (of which there have been very few), it's best you steer clear of this place.

Overpriced on Moving Service and Broke 32-Inch TV and Wouldn't not compensate for it.
I Needed Movers to move to my new home, which was only 20 miles away. I stopped in to Busy Bee Auto Repair to rent a U-Haul and was informed that they had moving services. I was Quoted $225 for two hours, which is how long it took to move from Valparaiso to Hobart. There were four guys in a pretty good sized U-Haul. They were careless with my belongings and broke my 32-inch television set. I called the shop and informed them of my television set being broken and she said she'd get back to me. On December 16th, she called me back and informed me that the owner said that since it was covered in a blanket that they can't do anything about it. Overall, I was charged close to $600 for their service and I am out a television set. I will never do business with them again, nor would I recommend them to my loved ones or friends.

Over priced/not very knowledgeable
Told me the timing chain on my car was bad. 2300 dollars to fix it. Told me I needed a new battery. I took the car somewhere else. Solenoid was bad. Nothing wrong with timing chain or battery. 400 dollar fix. Do not recommend.

Customer service and total honesty
Went to get an oil change. Being a woman they usually tell you you need this or you need that. Very professional and really great customer service. Was so pleased. Looked at cars on their a lot also. Would totally recommend them and that’s where I’ll be going from now in the Valparaiso. Even called to make sure I could make it.
