provided services on time and at a reasonable price. friendly staff and comfortable waiting room. Only one minor issue and that was the drivers side interior door panel was smudged with grease. not a big deal at all considering the great service. wash your hands guys.

After going to a few automotive shops Butler was very attentive to listening and performing the work needed properly

Maintenance Service. Extremely Pleased.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, antifreeze flush, and transmission fluid. They were very accommodating on scheduling the work. It was competed on time. They answered all my questions. Major engine repair Very successful with excellent customer service
On my 2013 Honda Civic, the serpentine belt tensioner arm needed repair/replacement. Jimmy, and his mom and other staff were courteous and kind from start to finish. He gave me a great price, and I had shopped around. The problem is fixed, and my car is running smoothly once again. This is the latest of several times Jimmy and Butler's Automotive have helped me to maintain my auto. I took extra cards to give to friends and family who need repairs of any kind. Let's say we know that good work is not cheap, but I would add that the shop rate on this repair (a little tiny bit inflated typically) was reduced by way over $150, and the work was very good quality. Thank God now I can use my air conditioning again that the belt is fixed, and I will need it on long rides to my new apartment from Venice to Northport. Thanks Jimmy and Mom!

Best Auto Shop in Venice area!
Just got my Audi serviced again at Butler Automotive. I was referred to them when I moved to Venice a year ago and am a big fan. They are friendly, very good at what they do and they provide a great service at very fair pricing. I am lucky to have been recommended to them and can’t not speak highly enough about Butler Automotive, Jimmy the owner has put a great team together!!!
