First time with a Mitsubishi!
Entire experience from test drive to cutting a deal to delivery was well executed

Jagmert was very helpful and knowledgeable.. and if he did not know the answer...he was quick to get it

No pushy sales here, they presented options and accepted when we declined

So far so good on the car itself

2024 Mirage
Excellent service from the start. Lawrence was first rate. Excellent explanation of the cars features and settings up a test drive. The sale was seamless and efficient. I have purchased many new cars and this was one of the most pleasant experiences. The delivery went smoothly. Highly recommend Lawrence and Cambridge Mitsubishi.

Disappointed with Fuel Efficiency and Lack of Charging Facilities.
"I recently purchased the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV with high expectations, especially based on the fuel efficiency and electric range that Mitsubishi advertises. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing in a few key areas.

Firstly, the fuel consumption is nowhere near the numbers Mitsubishi promised. Despite following recommended driving practices, I’m consistently getting lower fuel efficiency than expected, even in hybrid mode. I was hoping the vehicle would save on fuel costs, but it has actually been less economical than anticipated.

Another major issue is the lack of charging facilities near me. While I understand that public charging networks are still growing, Mitsubishi markets the Outlander PHEV as a viable hybrid option for urban users. Without reliable charging options nearby, it’s nearly impossible to make full use of the electric range, which was a key reason I chose this model.

Overall, I feel misled by the advertised benefits of this vehicle, and I hope Mitsubishi considers these issues for future buyers. This car may be better suited for drivers willing to compromise on fuel consumption expectations."

Great Experience with Room for Improvement
I recently purchased a Outlander PHEV ES 2024 from Cambridge Mitsubishi and had a generally positive experience. There were several aspects that stood out to me during the process.

Pros:

Friendly Staff: The sales team and finance manager were welcoming, approachable, and helpful. They took the time to explain the entire process thoroughly, making it easy for me to understand each step.
Detailed Process

Explanation: Every part of the purchasing process was well explained, from financing options to the paperwork involved.

Test Drive and Demo: The test drive experience was smooth, and the demo presentation gave me a solid understanding of the car's functionality.

Added Accessories: I appreciated the few free accessories provided, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

More Detailed Feature Explanation: I would have liked a more in-depth walkthrough of the vehicle's features. While the basics were covered, a detailed breakdown of all features would have been helpful.

Limited Free Accessories: I would have loved more complimentary or discounted accessories, especially body-protective items.

Stock: I had my eye on the Outlander GT/SEL PHEV but was only able to get approved the ES model. This was disappointing, and I docked one star due to this availability issue.

No Charging Station: Since Mitsubishi offers PHEV models, a free or fast-charging station at the showroom would be a great addition to support customers purchasing these types of vehicles.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Welcome Drinks: Offering soft drinks or coffee to customers would enhance the welcoming atmosphere.

Freebies and Welcome Gifts: Small tokens or gifts for first-time buyers would be a great way to make new customers feel appreciated.

Document Holder: Providing a pouch or small file for storing the vehicle’s necessary documents would be a thoughtful addition and convenient for customers.

Overall, I recommend Cambridge Mitsubishi for their friendly staff and quality service, with just a few areas where they could take the customer experience to the next level!
