Fortunate to get my car repaired here after an unfortunate crash
I recently had the unfortunate experience of being rear-ended, which caused significant damage to my car’s rear end. After hearing about Capozzi’s Custom Car Line through a recommendation from a high-end dealership, I decided to trust them with the repair—and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Joel, who leads the auto body area, is truly a master of his craft. Not only is his talent with bodywork and paint extraordinary, but he’s also a fantastic person to work with as a customer. Throughout the entire process, Joel kept me informed about the status of my car, which made a huge difference in reducing the stress that often comes with major repairs. Unlike other shops where I’ve felt left out of the loop, Capozzi’s stood out for their clear communication and transparency.

I’m someone who enjoys learning about cars and the repair process, and Joel’s willingness to answer my many questions was another highlight of my experience. His depth of knowledge and passion for his work were evident in every conversation. It’s rare to find someone so invested in both their craft and their customers.

The results of the repair were nothing short of spectacular. The quality of work was OEM-level or better—my car looks as though the accident never happened. Beyond the aesthetics, I was also impressed by the care they took to ensure the vehicle’s safety wasn’t compromised. It’s clear that Capozzi’s doesn’t cut corners, no matter how big or small the repair.

Another major plus was how smoothly Joel handled the insurance process. He explained every step and took care of the details, which made the whole experience hassle-free. I never felt like I was at risk of being shortchanged by the insurance company.

Although my car isn’t exotic, it’s important to me, and I’m particular about who I trust to work on it. After this experience, I wouldn’t think twice about bringing it to Capozzi’s again. Their exceptional craftsmanship, customer service, and professionalism make them the best in the business. Highly recommend!

Like it never happened
I had a landscaping truck rip apart my fender and front bumper on my Miata. I was recommended Capozzi's by my regular mechanic, being told that they will make it look like it never happened. I dropped my car off on Monday, picked it up Thursday, and sure enough: my Miata looks brand new. Joel knows his stuff and is clearly very passionate about what he does, and it shows in his work.

I cannot recommend Capozzi's enough if you need bodywork done. Great service, very reasonable pricing, and with a parking lot full of Maseratis, Porsches, Ferraris, and other luxury cars, you know you're going to get the best work done here.
