I called on Thursday about lights on the dash, went in on Friday l, they diagnosed the problem, sent someone to another dealership to pick up the part my car needed so it would get done faster and I was back on the road an hour later. Stellar customer service. Tiffany is the BEST
Got this car back in the beginning of October. I told Tj, that there was an issue with it when i first start it. Was told to drive it for a couple days and if it continues to bring it back. I told him the 3rd day and took it to the service center. Was told by the lady "there's nothing wrong with your car it's normal" took it to another shop and he told me the motor mounts are bad. Took it to the shop and jeff agreed that the top mount was bad. They replaced it. But its doing the samething. Also the gps system was just sitting in the fuse box. Like someone didn't care about how they did it. Now they put it in the battery tray. Just sitting there not tighting up. Smh so no I would recommend this lot to someone. I would rither take it to a shop that actually knows what they doing and actually puts proud in their work.
