Brought in for a spark plug extraction, now there’s a loud ticking coming from the #3 cylinder.
Brought in with #3 spark plug broken off in the cylinder, now after they were able to extract the spark plug, It’s got a loud ticking sound and I was told it needs a head or possibly the engine replaced. I was told they had gotten any debris out of the cylinder after the extraction. Then why is the ticking noise coming from that cylinder? Very disappointing!

Jeep update
Took in my 2001 Jeep for oil change and alignment. They recommended replace plugs and radiator flush. They said the shocks were looking bad so I had them replaced.
They do a great job of troubleshooting but don’t do unnecessary repairs.
I would recommend Car Heart for all your vehicle repairs.

Great customer service as always!
Brandon and his crew are the best in the business. Brought my truck up at noon and they had the problem diagnosed, new part ordered and installed all before 4! Won’t be taking our vehicles anywhere else!
