I enjoy coming to my local leadership. I never have a problem with my service. They keep me updated on my maintenance on my vehicle and recommend other changes that need to be made. They’re waiting area it’s always nice and cozy .

Took my new Palisade in for service. The staff was courteous and informative; I was checked in by the technician and didn't have to do anything but pull up next to the door and they did the rest. The waiting area is very comfortable with TV, WIFI, snacks, and coffee offered. I was anxious about having to wait for the vehicle but it ended up being a nice break from my busy day to sit and have a coffee and watch the news. Very happy with this visit.

Service area has the worst staff.
If it wasn’t free I’d never go to the service area. Trashy employees ( not all , but the ones I encountered) disrespectful and lack customer service.

Staff was very amicable and ready to serve.
I was able to have my car serviced on the same day I called. Staff was prompt and very helpful. My wait time was not very long at all as I watched TV and drank coffee in the waiting lounge was nice.
