100000/10 service !! I have been coming to Carafello’s Auto for years now and always leave with a smile on my face and blessed there is a dealership local that is welcoming and friendly. A few months ago I came to Ryan, the owner, and he helped me trade in my old car for now my dream car!! Yall - I’m riding in style ! He very was patient throughout the whole process of explaining everything. Not only is everyone friendly and funny but the shop dog wears bows and pearls ! SO ADORABLE!!☺️ The front desk woman, K-Marie is definitely an amazing pick for “ The face of the building” she’s drop dead gorgeous inside and out! I called to come get an oil change, fill up my tires and new wipers .K- Marie was able to direct me to the service department to make an appointment. I was directed to Jadi ! She got ma an appointment for the very next day!! When I got there it was absolutely easy breezy, Eddie welcomed me and said he’s got it from here and drove my car to the back to have the services done ! love Carafello’s!! Thank yall so much every time !☺️🫶🏼

This was a great place to get repairs. I wish they would have been on the warranty companies list sooner! It was a struggle to find a good shop with availability as well. We purchased the traverse from carvana and silverrock warranty was great to work with and this shop was even better. Thanks to the owner- Ryan Carafello, Mechanic- Edwin Cuencas, And the rest of the crew for making this a easy transaction. I would recommend all automotive repairs to this shop going forward to anyone that needs honest work. Thanks again, John Strosnider

Got brakes!
Good service, good pricing, job well done! We got to see the brakes and rotors so we could validate what parts were needed. No pushing, no manipulation nothing but professional friendly services. I think my sailor sons car is good to go and I feel good about him being so far away with a safer car now

My second visit here, same car but different issue. I got a fast diagnosis and the engine misfire was ready in about 2 hours, the work was priced fairly. I used to go to a mechanic in VA Beach but Eddie is faster, more transparent and cheaper then they were. Awesome customer service, very competitive prices for work and parts.

Best in the 757
I have purchased three cars from them because I was so impressed with their customer service. Every time I visited the dealership, the staff was professional, friendly, and dedicated to making sure I had a great experience.

What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable Ryan & Chad are. They really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and answered all my questions. They didn't pressure me into making a decision and made me feel comfortable during the whole process.

One thing that really impressed me was the quality of the cars they had on the lot. Every car I purchased from them was in excellent condition and well-maintained. They had a great selection of makes and models to choose from, which made finding the perfect car for me a breeze.

Overall, I would highly recommend Carafello Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a car. They are a top-notch dealership that you can trust, with friendly staff that are dedicated to ensuring that you have a great car-buying experience. This is the only place I will go to purchase a car.

Whenever I have an issue with my convertible BMW, I take it to Eddie. He truly is the best BMW mechanic around. He can diagnose any issue small or great, and explain exactly what is wrong and fix it.
