Hyundai Service Review
Went in to my scheduled appointment where I was happily greeted on arrival. The service took a few hours and the car was even checked for a safety recall that was handled that same day. I would happily come back to get my service done here.

No Communication
I dropped off my car and was told it would likely take 2 days to get it back. After 2 days, no phone call, so I called them and no one responded, so I left a message. Two more days pass and still, no one has returned my call, so I call again and get someone on the phone, who tells me that the person who is in charge of my "case" is out to lunch so she'll tell her to call me back. No one called me back again! I had to Uber down there to physically talk to someone and then they told me it would take another 2 days to get my car repaired. It was ridiculous and borderline criminal.

Recalls fixed for free
I made a schedule through the website for the recalls in my car. The next day, I arrived to the dealership and there were 2 cars in front of me. There were 2 staff working on the line. Aaron approached me and was very informative and helpful. Even if they're busy, he was answering my questions. I arrived 10am and finished 5pm. I guess it depends how much work your car needs, mine was the computer and 4 door actuators. All of the work was under warranty and I didnt pay anything. My car is perfectly working as of now.

Service techs are not qualified
I have been to the service dept multiple for various reasons and the service techs have screwed something else up while working on my car. The worst was when I was in for a 50k mile service and they did not tighten the cap on the radiator (or perhaps the overflow bottle) and the car overheated while my wife was on her way to work and she missed an entire day of work because of the tech's carelessness and stupidity. They had the car at the dealership for several hours before they called to say "oops, it was a loose cap, problem fixed". And after I bought a new wiper blade and they said they could replace it for me, they broke the wiper arm. So I had to go back again for them to unscrew that screw up.

Experience was okay.
I appreciated that the return time was as promised. My experience wasn’t that great just because I didn’t feel welcomed/ at ease and I wasn’t explained my charges or the condition my car is in. I pretty much got a call to pick up my car and while waiting to talk to the person who attended me earlier, another worker directed me to the cashier office and they went to pick my car up. I was given the paperwork and I tried to understand the service they provided for my car but I don’t understand all the lingo. When I finished paying my car was ready to be picked up and the worker that initially helped me was still talking to a guest and I didn’t have time to stay and clarify some of the charges/ the services I paid for.

I have been very happy with CardinaleWay. They’re exceptionally professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I trust them to do a good job on my car and always feel that they’re being honest with me about necessary repairs, which, by the way, I’ve had almost none. I LOVE my Hyundai Tucson SUV and I wouldn’t trade it even if I won the lottery!
