Extremely Unprofessional Dealership Preying on Inexperience
Extremely unprofessional dealership that tries to prey on inexperienced buyers; read the low rated reviews because they are not exaggerating.

In my case, I was looking for a specific model and trim on a limited time offer from Hyundai itself. They guaranteed they had it at the dealership and would not speak another word about pricing until I came in person, which they said I could test drive.

They had me test drive a different car. When it came to negotiating, the finance manager was incredibly impolite. He tried to tack on multiple thousands of add-ons on a 2 year lease that only ended up totaling $7000-$8000... After negotiating with the unfriendly manager, we came to an agreement.

They had me sign a few documents, wait 2 hours, only to come out at the last second and say actually they don't have this car in stock. RIDICULOUS! But don't worry, you can have this other trim for extra $$$. Bait and switch!

Absolutely horrendous dealership, I would avoid at all costs and not listen to any false promises they will make.

They will lie to you and ripe you off and allow you to drive your vehicle knowing they didnt do anything but rest codes and rotato your tires back the way they were when you dropped it off for 3 days
If you want to be lied to and ripped off go here and if you don't want your car fixed go here The worst experience ever and the service department will allow you take your car back knowing they didnt do anything to fix i. All they just did was a down load and reset all the codes and said good to go.

After my first review i was called two days later by Aran Martinez he said that Hyundai corporate wanted him to reach out to me to see what i want to make this right and if i can find it in my heart to take down my bad review. he said i am willing to right you a check for all added fees that is all the money we made off your car I said that's not all you made what about the $6000.00 above MSRP he said well legally we can charge you that because of covid. I said have already got refunded for extended warranty and for the low jack and the digital plate totaling $6696.60 he said i can right you a check for $5000.00 I told him i need to think about it I would let him know in a week he said i will wright the check to you so that i could do anything i want with the money like go on a cruise or anything else i said matter of fact that's why i said I would let you know in a week because I am leaving in a couple days to go on a cruise and i would let him know when i get back.
he said ok i will have the check ready for when you get back. I said I am about 90 % sure I will take the $5000.00.
SO when i got back i called Aran and he said come on down so I did i got the check and left my car to get the TPS ! fixed and do my maintenance and rotate my tires they kept my car until monday supposedly waiting on my TPS part to come from san diego dealership that's what one of the service guys told me Saturday and when i picked my car up and i was driving and goit to 50 miles an hour it started shaking so i turned around and told them the manager had a mechanic take my car for a test drive and then we came back he stated he did what he was told to do was rotate the tires back the way the were and told me that they would do it next time. they will lie cheat and rip you off and smile right at you. I just wanted to let the owner know what his employees and they are making his cardinaleway the wrong way.

Worst Experience-RUN
I spoke with salesman, Bishop, Wed. afternoon, while he was on speaker in the office with his manager (did not get managers name). He confirmed he had 2 Hyundai Venues on the lot, a blue SEL and a white Limited, that were available to drive when we were to drive down on Thursday morning. I let him know the car was for my son in college and we were interested in the cheaper SEL. I let him know I would be driving down from Victorville, an hour drive without traffic and I did not want to mess around or haggle. We discussed sticker price and I went over our bank loan interest rate already locked in. He understood and confirmed. He took my name, email, and phone number. He let me know he would not be working Thursday but told me to ask for David or Daniel when I came in. I arrived approx. 11am Thursday morning 1.5 hours later from Victorville with traffic, with my son and nephew. Asked for David or Daniel, both came out. Introductions commenced and both salesmen left to pick up the cars. Daniel came back with the preferred Venue SEL, took my sons ID, turned on the car, let us get in and check everything out. While he was getting in the car with the boys for the test drive he was called into the office. 2 mins later he came out and let us know his manager notified him that the SEL was suddenly no longer available. I asked why, reiterating we drove down, with the inflated gas prices with the word the car was available. He reminded me the limited was available and asked if we’d like to see it. I said no, we were not interested in this higher priced car. No one called, text, or emailed to update me. He walked me to the manager to discuss the issue and the manager let me know he was the one in the office with Bishop the day before when I called. He completely dismissed me and my frustration. He offered no apology, no respect for us driving down, not even an offer to fill our gas 1/4 or 1/2 a tank. Very disappointed with this dealership. We are a family made up of a teacher, nurse, CSUSB college student, civil engineering and supply chain CEO. We will ensure your dealership will never cross our lips when we are discussing purchasing cars with our family, friends, and colleagues.

Bait and switch
My wife and son went to CardinaleWay Hyundai to look at a Hyundai Venue. They drove from Victorville and confirmed with a person named Bishop to test drive a car. It was brought out front and then told by David that his Manager stated the car is no longer available. This bait and switch tactic is getting old and the poor excuse offered by the manager was just as frustrating. Wishing they could just be honest.

Terrible customer service
Three weeks of trying to schedule a service appointment. Tried over the phone and online. Was told 3 times that someone would get back to me. Not one response in three weeks. I left a message for the service manager, Aran Martinez. No response. I then sent an email to general manager, Scott Jackson. Lo and behold after my email I finally received a voicemail from Sean Martinez. However, his message was sarcastic and never addressed any of my issues. I've been a customer for nearly three years at Cardinale Way. Was also looking to purchase a vehicle there, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service
I have been a customer for a couple years now. However the past three weeks have made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I have attempted to schedule a service appointment 5 times. I tried over the phone and got an automated system that is not helpful at all. When I tried to speak with a live person, I was on hold for ten minutes before I hung up. I then tried using the website. I put in service requests a couple times, but never got a response. I tired using the online/text messaging service. Three different days I was told someone would reach out to me. In the past three weeks I have not received one call, text, or email from them. It was never this difficult to schedule an oil change before. Did new management take over? It appears they don't want my business. I will look elsewhere.

Better than expected
I took my car in due to some engine problems. Michael checked me in and helped me right away. After inspecting my car they had to keep it. Michael got me a rental car right away. After a few days my car had to stay longer. Aran, and Michael both kept me updated regarding my car. The service department hasn't failed me yet. Don't think they will. Will continue going to them.

The best dealership experience ever.
We had the unfortunate circumstance of engine failure but Kimberlina the service mgr. handled our situation perfectly. She gathered all our information submitted the request communicated with us throughout the whole process! She got the entire service approved and engine replaced and service completed in 1 week!!! I know people can learn how to provide great customer service but some people just have it in them and Kimberlina and her service crew at Cardinaleway Hyundai definitely does. I know for a fact that due to their customer service we will never go anywhere else for service to our Hyundai!
