Carnovale is honest, dependable, and trustworthy. They stand behind their work. I had them flush the brake fluid, and change the pads and rotors on my Rav4. Took it in at 8am and drove it home later that evening. I highly recommend Carnovale Car Care for all of your automotive needs!

Truly Care for the Customer
On 2/24, I left a review detailing my experience with Carnovale, focused on a negative experience with one of their front desk employee. Not only did I receive a sincere apology from both the owner and the employee in question, but they took care of my next service, and went the extra mile by bringing the car to a car wash nearby. I am truly impressed by the way that the situation was handled. Ross and the team at Carnovale deserve your business.

Great technicians, awful customer service
I've brought multiple vehicles to Carnovale for the past 18 months. Today, I called to ask about the price for new tires installation -- I have a newborn daughter at home, and money is tight. The person who answered the phone told me that she'd check, and I heard her mumble "If you have to ask, you can't afford it" before she placed me on hold. She clearly didn't realize I could hear her -- but I was left so insulted that I will be taking my business elsewhere. This ruined what had been otherwise fantastic experiences at Carnovale - their technicians are excellent and very fair, and their prices are very reasonable.
