$64k truck with 18k miles and BALD TIRES!
Purchased 2023 truck with 18k miles. When arrived tires are almost bald. Even their own delivery driver noted the tires. Carvana and Silver rock refuse to replace tires on a truck I paid over 60k for because the wear is 3/32 and not 2/32. Silver rock tells me take it up with carvana and carvana pushes you off to silver rock. Highly disappointed and horrible. ANY TRUCK with only 18k miles should NOT need tires or be within 1/32 of their usable life!! Will be filing claim against Carvana.

Late delivery and illegal tint
A year ago, my car pick-up was late because I was informed illegal tint needed to be removed from the window's, a day before I was supposed to pick it up. A year later, going to get my car inspected I was informed that it would not pass because there was illegal tint on the back window. Carvana screwed me over and refused to take responsibility.

Bait and switch tactics, false advertising.
We recently purchased two 2017 Jeep wranglers from carvana. This is the second and third purchase from carvana in the last several years. Our original purchase is still in the driveway and have had zero issues. This lead us to carvana with our recent purchases.

The first Jeep we purchased was delivered with no issues.
After driving it for two weeks the check engine light has come on. No biggie just an inconvenience of having to find a shop and the time yo get it looked at.
The rear struts are loose and banging around as well.

The second Jeep we purchased has been a nightmare since it was delivered. The veichle showed up and I asked the delivery driver if they had the right jeep. The rims and tires that was the deciding factor in us selecting the jeep were not on the veichle. I called customer service while they were going over my trade in. I wad assured that Carvana would take care of the issue. 6 days later still no response. I call and after 30 minutes on the phone the customer service representative tells me that the rims and tires were damaged in the shipping process and Carvana would issue me a 500 dollar credit for the inconvenience. The rims alone that where on the jeep are over 2000 dollars not including the off road tires and custom paint job. Now I have a Jeep with under sized tires that shake the life out of you when you reach 60mph. The jeep listing I purchased listed leather interior and a transfer case skid plate. The veichle has neither of these. With the missing items I would definitely have to argue that the price of the veichle is overinflated and I am a victim of bait and switch tactics. The rims and tires where removed at some point. Probably on a carvana employees veichle at this point.

I traded in my veichle and if I returned the jeep to carvana I would be out of a veichle at this point because I will not make another purchase through carvana.
I'm kind of stuck with a Jeep I'm not happy with.

I know carvana will never make good on these issues even with legal action, but just wanted you to know that you have two unhappy customers in the same household.

Don't pick up or receive vehicle in the Dark!
Don't pick up your vehicle at night. .ake sure you check everything during daylight hours. I got a toyota highlander for my wife and we picked it up after work so we will have it before out weekend trip. I work in Healthcare and don't get off late , pick it up after work in the dark. When i look at it in the daylight had a small crack in lower windshield and carvana wouldn't do anything about it because it was not identified on pickup. Overall the car runs great. Cost 80$ to repair crack, and autoglass technician stated the Crack was filled wrong. Hopefully the Crack don't expand. Toyota windshields are 1000$+ to replace and recalibrate the safety system.

Excellent experience
Buying a car from Carvana has to be one of the easiest, fastest, and best experiences ever. The entire process from start to finish was worry free, straight forward, and user-friendly. I would recommend Carvana to anyone looking to buy a vehicle without the pressure of salesmen and hidden dealer fees.

Nice folks - communication suspect
I swore I would never buy a car unseen in person, but I simply could not find the trim I was looking for locally. I tried Carvana and am satisfied with the car and trade in process, but the communication along the way wasn’t the greatest. I paid $990 for shipping, which is not refundable, and my delivery date was pushed from 12/12 to 12/23 with no explanation. I chatted with Melanie (?) and she said there was a quality issue but couldn’t tell me specifics. I called (yes you can call, but don’t ever expect a call back) and was told by Alan it was a transportation issue and he would work to move it up and call me back, but no call back. In the end, the car was delivered and the delivery person was very nice (everyone was very nice the whole process, they just never followed through with inquires). There were 2 small issues, one of which has been taken care of and the other is in process. The car seems to be in great shape, but is under warranty anyway.

No check no sale
When the driver showed up to pick up my vehicle,he did everything you would expect to do, then he told me didn’t have the check. He said I’d get the check the next day,in the mail. The next day was New Year’s Day. I decided that I would keep the vehicle until he showed up with the check. Somebody is supposed to show up Tuesday to pick up the vehicle with the check in hand..

Great Experience
BEST VEHICLE SELLING EXPERIENCE EVER! Web site made it easy to complete preliminary paperwork. Spoke to a gentleman to make sure everything was complete and he was so helpful. Justin at my location was great to work with. And I got 20% more than KBB and my local dealership offered. Will use them for all future sales!

Simple and Easy to deal with much improved processes from 2 years ago
I attempted to purchase a Truck from Carvana 2 years ago, and when it was delivered the whole frame was rusty and I refused the order. Which I say was also a painless process. This time when I was looking for a newer truck, I looked everywhere but Carvana. Then I found on several sites that they were showing me trucks nice trucks with lower milage. Carvana Advocates and underwriters contacted me and they took the time to see why I was having problems getting financed due to my complete identity being stolen. Yes I did have to send proof of income and bank status. But everything went like clock work from there. The business office was critical in providing this service and also selling me the exact truck I had been looking for with low miles. I can tell you in two years time they have completely listened to their customers and implemented standards and processes. It was night and day difference. Everything went exactly as it was planned. They notified me that the delivery was going to be 2 days late because they now have a process that is checked by one of the other mechanics, the truck was clean as a new one and runs great. I have been nothing but pleased with this whole experience. I just recommended to my daughter to check out Carvana a lady just totaled her Lexus and she would like another Hybrid just like she had. I see people complaining about delivery dates and referring to the prior processes. All the information is there you just have to read their faq's, it will tell you about everything and what to do if you have questions. I will purchase from Carvana again with no hesitations.

Delays and Poor Communication
I hope someone at Carvana actually reads this and reviews my transaction. Customer service regarding delivery of the purchased vehicle was slow and unclear. They also missed the mark on requested registration. No apology or good will gesture to atone for their admitted bad service.

It took me almost three Months looking for cars to buy from one dealership to another they all loaded the transaction with money therefore I couldn’t afforded and a friend introduced me to Carvana and here Iam .one touch I got a deal great Job

Great and AMAZING process, love my new 2022 CAMARO
This has been by far the best experience I have had in my entire life. Their customer service is excellent from day one to end of purchase. I did not have to sit and wait like other dealers make you do to purchase a new car. I was able to pick my new car ONLINE and pick up myself from their vending machine. That was the first time I have seen how their cars come down on vending machine. It was AWESOME. I highly recommend CARVANA 200%. Thank you all for making my experience very pleasant.

Very horrible customer service
I had purchased the car and selected a delivery date for 12/15/23 between 5pm-8pm. They called me Friday after said they couldn’t deliver because they were short staff but would deliver the next morning but never did. Before the end of that day got an email say it’ll be delivered 12/20/23 between 11am-2pm which i didn’t agree to, i had to miss two days of work just to make myself available to get the car. And when i called customers service the man was unpleasant and said if you can’t make yourself available cancel the order like if i didn’t need the car i wouldn’t have purchased it. Plus i had a co-signer so they also had to miss work days
