Do not take your vehicles to this company. I had a horrible experience with 1 of our vehicles. I'm not the disgruntled customer either. I just figured Id let yall know there is some shady practices.

Tim & his crew are wonderful! I was given a link to let me know what was going on with my vehicle including pictures, this was very much appreciated due to the precautions every one has to take during Covid-19!
We love coming here for service to my 2006 c230 Mercedes. They are always courteous and great with keeping us informed on price and all they see that needs to be done either now or to remember. Great atmosphere..
I had a great experience with Certec. Made an appointment via online for the day before, they texted me back it was confirmed. Showed up and it was a very quick visit for an oil change and inspection. My car is newer so it didn't need much. They didn't try to sell me on anything we didn't need unlike my dealership did with tires! I've been to Certec before for an inspection and my husband's truck too, so no complaints.
Certec Automotive employee’s took the time to show me an issue with my car and explained to me in detail what I need to do to fix it. In particular, it was a tire issue that they don’t fix but still cared enough to educate on the issue.
