Bob, we have spoken to you several times reguarding your truck. I not sure what you expect since you HAD NO WORK DONE AT OUR SHOP. The only thing the mechanic did was an expection on your brakes. The Staff said that you were given an estiamate and you refused the repair. It is not in our policy to let customers go in and out of the garage. Our insurance policy does not allow customer in the garage where the mechanic are working. YOU WERE TOLD SERVERAL TIMES NOT TO GO INSIDE THE GARAGE BUT CONTINUED TO DO SO. You only left with the same problem that you came in here with but REFUSED TO HAVE ANY WORK DONE.
