WORSE SERVICE EVER!
I had to take my car in for a scheduled maintenance check. I knew this and made an appointment in advance. I arrived early to my appointment. I was still told by the service rep (Fernanda) that it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. They had a lot of work already. My appointment was at 8:45 am. How do you have 2 hours of work at 8:45 am? Either they know they are slackers and work slow, or they pass the buck and work gets put off. I had no choice as to wait as my new car had a free maintenance and I wasn't going to pay. I waited. and waited. and waited. 4 HOURS LATER, the work was done. No updates, no one came to talk to me, just let me know after 4 hours, they finally finished. I got in my car and it was dirty on the inside, they moved/changed my seat and A/C settings, and my gas tank was less than a quarter full.

Terrible experiece
Worst experience EVER!! I took my car since November 22, 2021, I has just leased this car a month before in October 2021, only about 20 days had gone by until i had to take it in for service. The engine light went on, the car will not drive past 25 mph. Brand new car Santa Fe 2022. Has been there for 3 months. Two months after having the car there, they called me and said the problem was that rodents had eaten the wires. WHAT!!. I had to call my insurance company because they said this is not under warranty. After my insurance company goes to check on the car, happens to be that they were looking at the wrong car. It was not my car. Keep in mind no one from service calls me to tell me this, my insurance company tells me the wires on your car are fine. So now we go back to point A. They had to order part and it's back order, they don't know when they will get this part. Again i'm still waiting on this car. They finally called on Saturday February 19, 2022, your car is ready. Yay! in my thoughts. Well i didn't even make it home almost got into an accident with my kids in the car. Same issue with this car, will not drive past 25 mph and it does it at random times. Still waiting on a call from a manager.

Poor Service, Wrong Diagnosis, Not Honoring Warranty
I had my 2015 Hyundai Tucson’s catalytic converter clog repaired for $2k+ in Dec. 2020. It’s now Aug. 2021 and I’m having the SAME issue. I had the Tucson diagnosed at Hyundai Service Center (Coconut Creek) on 08/16/2021 after nearly breaking down on turnpike. Same symptoms of previously diagnosed and fixed problem. They said warranty is 1 year or 12k miles whichever comes first for the part they replaced. They diagnosed it this time and said it was my “other” catalytic converter. No rental car it wasn’t the part they replaced last time and wasn’t under warranty. I work 9-5 Monday to Friday in Broward for a non profit. I have to drive to meet parents at their house. No car no job. They called me on 08/19/2021 and said the car would be ready to go at 230pm. I got a call a hour later and they said the issue is the same part as last time and was incorrectly diagnosed. BUT it’s still out of warranty because though it had only been 8 months, it has been 13k+ miles since I got it fixed. So the cars out of warranty. My car won’t be fixed. He has to submit to Hyundai to see about the warranty since the mileage is over. I have no car. No rental. No work? I tried calling Garrett Pollard 11 times and have been unable to reach him. This is unacceptable and I need this to be addressed immediately. Incorrectly diagnosed, sent me home in an Uber with no transportation, I can’t afford a rental myself nor do I have a credit card, they wait till today to set the wrong expectation and tell me it’ll be a “couple of days “ to even hear back from Hyundai. Also the previous repair was 2000 dollars and more. This one they told me would have only been 1130. Bruce Warzoha please call me.

Horrible Experience
Tried to do some business with this dealership and ended up feeling like I was dealing with wanna be mafiosos! Refused to give written buyout, menacing and strange behavior. Went to another Hyundai dealership and surprise, surprise a couple of salesmen said they had few people come in to that dealership because they had similar complaints. Run from this dealership! The BBB also has a poor report of this dealership.
