I needed a tow and it just happened to be at the end of my drivers shift. He showed up timely and his tow truck was spotless. Irwin was friendly and exteremly knowledgable in his profession . He had excellent customer service and he is in a sset to the organization and to AAA.

Crucked bunch of folk
For one thing I was driving home from Florida to mass from visiting my dying best friend. when I was in an accident then my car died in the evil ring they call a town filled with evil people with no compassion to you already upset that your car is túotalled the cops sick county towing on you like a vulture so I call the Mon after how much am I going to owe. how much you got!!cause they won't tell you how much a day for storage won't tell you. the tow your in the dark. get back to mass mail title no. you took my car and you want me to have to go back to NY 4 hour and a half drive. Do you know how long on a bicycle for what they won't tell you how much you need to bring I think it's because they liked what was in your car and will bend over backwards not to help you out or to see if you are ok because they don't care.to make sure they get all the stuff they want. My motorized bike ya cool should have bought your own. Never felt so mistreated in my life you know what have all that because personally the way your treated on the phone I'd hate to see how that man is in person

Always dependable
I’ve been dealing with Steve and County for many years. He’s always been fair, and has always called back when asked and has given estimates when needed. The work is always done in a timely fashion and I’ve always been happy with them.
The employees are always kind. I’ve had my car towed by them and repaired there too. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the prices are fair. The tow truck drivers have always been fast to respond and know what they are doing.
