Excellent Service. You have a new repeat customer.
Top notch professionalism from the very beginning. Communication is what I pay attention to the most in any business deal and my experience here was top notch. Your staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and provided excellent turn around time for my repairs. As for the repair quality, excellent. I see no paint defects, missing equipment or nuts/bolts, and everything aligns perfectly. Thank you for a great experience. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle in for service in the future.

Staff w great attitudes that go out of their way to provide excellent customer service and meet their customers needs!
Great staff w positive attitudes that go out of their way to meet their customers needs and getting a free car wash w any service and a detailing service w a collision repair at no extra cost! They even took me to my medical appointments in their free shuttle so I wouldn’t have to Uber!

Very helpful staff and quality repair
Josh was very helpful getting my appointment scheduled and the repairs done on time. I had a weird situation with my insurance and a tight timeline so I appreciated the accommodation. They also cleaned my vehicle inside and out after the repair. That was a nice touch.

Long service time, inadequate communication
The repair itself was excellent. Communication was sparse, non-specific and seemed mostly canned/auto-generated. They had the vehicle for 3 full work weeks and still couldn't finish on time AND didn't communicate that fact until the end of the day.

Cracked Windshield Replacement
Had a great experience. They were timely and helpful when scheduling and allowed me to drop off and pick up exactly when worked best for me. They even allowed me to schedule and oil change while they had my vehicle for the repairs. Great experience, and the finished project looks great as well!
