Craftsman Collision in Long Beach
This is a clean, excellent collision repair shop. The employees are helpful, honest and friendly. They have great customer service, and Clay made car repair easy for me to navigate. He answered all questions and was patient and kind. I would definitely recommend them. And they were certified by my insurance and my car company.

Great communication. Straightforward and seamless process.
Experience was great. Receptionist and estimator were kind and helpful. Getting the quote was simple and straightforward. Communication throughout the process was good. And drop off a pick up were seamless and fast. Happy with the repairs, it looks brand new again. The color matches perfectly!

TOP NOTCH
Craftsman Collision is a TOP NOTCH operation. Everything went without a hitch! Very pleased. Clay was very helpful in the process and who couldn't mention Angie at the front desk. She ran a smooth ship and had all the service guys running around getting things done. Been here several times and I couldn't recommend anyone better than these guys.

The Absolute Best
Craftsman Collision exceeded all expectations. They were the shop that my insurance provider suggested after a rear-end accident that did some minor damage to my car and I couldn't be happier with having accepted that suggestion. Everything was explained in detail by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were not obligated to return my car to me in better condition than it was in even prior to the accident, but that is exactly what happened. I received it fully repaired, spotless, a day ahead of the initially projected completion date, and after having received regular progress updates by text along the way.

Excellent service
Upon arrival stafff was extremely welcoming, they explained all repairs thoroughly, they were in constant communication throughout the whole repair process, Angie and her staff were great. The repair were was excellent A+ shop!

Why everyone should consider going to Craftsman Collision
If anyone is in need of auto repairs, they should consider using Craftsman Collision because they are very good at their jobs. They are courteous, friendly, and professional and they get the job done fast. I take my Subaru to Craftsman Collision when I need to get work done on my car because I trust them.

Excellent workmanship
While it took several weeks for the parts to come in (pandemic related?), the ultimate workmanship was worth the wait. Claudia, the receptionist, is awesome, knowing who I was and providing timely and frequent communication.
