NY State Inspection
Craig actually notified me ahead of time via text that my truck due for inspection and it was easy to make the appointment. I was able to drop it off the night before and he had it ready for me by noon the next day. Excellent service.

Total professionalism
I went to the dealer for a few years after my car purchase, but now Craig has won me over. Before performing some of the routine maintenance I suggested, he asked me for my service records so he could see if those things had already been taken care of. No mechanic has ever asked me for that before and it's just another thing that shows what a careful and thorough a job you get at Craiggers.
