Fast, Excellent and Honest Service :)
So awesome!!! I have definitely had the "woman just walked in, time to upsell" problem at other shops and this was not even an issue that crossed my mind as soon as I started talking with the manager Matt. I have a really funky issue with my battery that, while they were unable to repair the root cause, they were able to provide me with a solid recommendation on what specialty shop would be able to fix it for a decent price. I got other normal work taken care of while I was there and that was stellar, resolved some more minor QOL issues I was having. Overall, amazing service and turnaround time, phenomenal transparency, and will absolutely be coming here for any service I may need in the future.

My car is worse than when I gave it to them.
As a general rule, I expect to get my car back in better condition after handing it to a mechanic. At the very least, it shouldn't be any worse. This time, however, not only was I charged nearly a grand for what amounted to a light bulb and spark plug, but the battery that was working fine when I dropped my car off can no longer hold a charge. My health has been put at risk because of this. I'm not sure what my next steps will be since I can't afford a new battery after being gouged like this, but it certainly won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Oil Change done on 2/26/2024
The price has gone up significantly, greater than 20%. That woul be my only concern. Also, please timber to reset the computer system to show that the oil life is now 100%.

Emergency service
A son of ours visiting for Pennsylvania required service on his Toyota SUV. The diagnosis was that an alignment was necessary. Once they began work it was determined that the rusty bolts on the rear may need to be replaced and a projected expense of nearly $700. The alignment was necessary and the order to proceed was communicated, but to see if there were any ways to reduce the expense. We got a call the next day advising us that the alignment was complete, they were able to sufficiently adjust the bolts to meet alignment requirements, and best of all the repairs were $278, with an oil change. Quick, reasonable expense repairs from a superb organization.

Highly recommend Crossroads Exxon. Marcus went above snd beyond to give me an oil change earlier than I had scheduled. Have always had great service from this dealership, through three different owners over 30 years. Good prices on tires too.
