"No Contact" Service works great!
They way Curt's has handled the need for contactless service is very innovative. There's actually no need to go back to the old way of going inside, except that I enjoy talking to their staff.

Always reliable and solid work, just a little pricey
Curt's always has been great and one of the most reliable in the area. I've had 4 different cars work done there, but the cost is always a little pricey. But if you want it done right, you have to pay for it.

Always the best service
Only place I go for any type of car repair. Thoroughly check over car a list is compiled and we take care of them in order of urgency. I completely trust them and have never had a bad experience.

Costs are out of line
The work was performed quickly, and I assume done well, as I've come to expect from Curt's. My problem is with the cost. A battery replacement cost me $400. The battery I could buy from Costco for $115 (charged $250 by Curt's) and it took the technician less than 30 minutes to remove and replace the battery (yet labor costs were $150). I was most disappointed when the advisor recommended over $1,200 of additional service to be performed. When I called a local dealer and quoted the same work their prices were 1/2 as much as Curt's. I'm disappointed because over the years I've been a loyal customer, but to be so uncompetitive on cost, I don't think I'll be back.

Reliable and reasonably priced
Brought my car in for some basic maintenance in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Curt’s took care to make the process one without any face-to-face contact. I’ve found their service to be continuously high quality and fairly priced.

Open during the pandemic
I was very appreciative to find a local garage to service my hybrid. I liked that they had the drop off with minimal to no contact - and they had a very detailed estimate. Car was done in a timely manner.
