Horrible Company
Deserve zero stars. Moron driver has no clue how to leave car in a parking space. He left it in the center of the parking lot and someone almost hit it. He blocked 4 spaces with the car and other patrons could not leave parking lot. Get people who know how to drive and fire the idiots you employ.

No, I don’t think my words are very important because I see now after I’ve had such a horrible time and I see the comments from other people, so I really don’t know how you guys get business being that also but it was absolutely terrible!!! You must have guaranteed business so you don’t have to do a good job, so word of mouth does it matter to you!

The worst
D and D towed my uncles Harley after he had lost consciousness and had to get taken to hospital by ambulance, he is a veteran fighting stage 4 cancer, the woman there was so unkind and heartless, she made us jump through hooped to finally get it back and it cost over a thousand dollars for less than a month having it after my uncle had had a stroke as well, I know probably 2-3 employees thought oh ya I'm getting that Harley for free but we finally got it so they couldn't steal it! Karma to all them! And tell the Brit's we won again!

Horrible customer service from Brenda
So on 5/10/2023 the tow truck driver from this location was speeding irrationally down southern blvd at a rate of 80mph he switched lanes without signal and cut me off he had lots of debris falling off the back of his truck rocks and sand etc. I recorded him speeding and reported him to his manager but as I was doing so he started to chase me down southern with his looked to be 4 yr old son in the front seat of the tow truck until I pulled into the gun club jail and so did he following me until we spoke to a sheriff who did nothing.. on going to Brenda the manager I waited 3 days for her to take action on the driver and to get a word on the damages on my vehicle but no word then come to find out she blocked my number and won’t honor her word please people stay away from this business as they are very shady very unprofessional do not recommend at all!!!

CROOKS/ THIEVES GET YOU CAR QUICK!!!!!!!!
I HAD MISSING ITEMS FROM MY BMW, THE TRUNK WAS OPENED AND LEFT OPEN EXSPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS!! . The fat tattooed RUDE guy ON WHAT DRUG??? ( Refused to give me his name?) at the desk is the most repulsive individual I have ever experienced..... Ladies DO NOT GO THERE ALONE!!!!

Steer clear of this place
Not only does this place employ drug users that are strung out and abandoned their disabled a 10 year old child but it allows people to drive their tow trucks under their insurance under the influence while smoking weed and crack with no driver's license or tow badge?

I had problems with my town and country. I worked with Adam and I can't say enough how professional and courteous he was! I will reccomend D&D anyday! I have my mommy van back and happy as can be!

Kind and Quick.
Stalled on Lantana today, 90 degrees out! Busy road and it takes over 35 minutes for AAA to answer my call (supposedly high call volume). The AAA guy can't figure out where I am, even though I tell him over and over I am at the intersection of Lantana Rd & Witchia, between Military Trail & Haverhill. He finally tells me a tow truck will be there in 180 minutes!!!!! Why didn't he say 3 hours???
Anyway, I didn't get the drivers name, but he was there in much less than 180 minutes! Was quick, polite and kind!!! Thank you to the driver from D & D towing today!

The Go To Repair Shop
I first met D&D through AAA road service. I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of service, I took my car to D&D for repairs. Adam and his staff are great, the communication is fabulous (no surprises), the work is done on time at reasonable prices. D&D is my go to garage in Florida.

Horrible service
STOP!!! TURN AROUND!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! After waiting a week for my car, I ended up paying $500 which is $100 more because I just wanted the work done right. Man was I wrong!!! Exactly 1 week later I brought it back and they flat out lied to me and let me leave waiting for my car to break down once again. I beg you to find a more reputable mechanic anywhere else.
