I'm sorry to hear about the unusual experience that you had during the potential sales process. I've been with this company for 14 years now and can assure you that this is not the "norm" or we would not have been in business for over 43 years now. I've spoken to the General Manager at the store and it was just an honest mistake made by the salesman....no malicious intent but purely just human error. Please accept our apologies as the "stop sale" from Hyundai affected that particular vehicle due to the VIN range and not others in the same class. We wish you well and are truly sorry for your experience.
