Typical ripoff used dealership
I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram. Took it for service for misfire and found two blown head gaskets and blown piston rings. We paid over 20 k for this truck and they wanted to say I could have done it. Luckily we got an extended warranty and they had to replace the whole motor. Still waiting for motor. Avoid, don’t believe anything these people say.

Unbelievable
Highly unethical and completely incompetent as far as my dealings with them. Cost me money and time to take out a loan (at my bank) on a vehicle they could never sell, but didn't bother to tell me that until all the paperwork was done on my end. And I am sure I will still be charged bank fees (from my bank) for them doing the paperwork for this non existent sale. And the vehicles that can't be sold (recalls) are still on thier website and lot. Figure that one out? Buyer's Beware!! It's amateur hour at best at this dealership.

     I'm sorry to hear about the unusual experience that you had during the potential sales process.  I've been with this company for 14 years now and can assure you that this is not the "norm" or we would not have been in business for over 43 years now.  I've spoken to the General Manager at the store and it was just an honest mistake made by the salesman....no malicious intent but purely just human error.  Please accept our apologies as the "stop sale" from Hyundai affected that particular vehicle due to the VIN range and not others in the same class.  We wish you well and are truly sorry for your experience.

Dissapointing
My wife and I were really excited to lease a new Hyundai. They pushed us to apply at the instante in the lot but then nothing happened, we never received feedback or a proposal. I call 2 times asking for the person who attended us that day and never replied or even return the call. Dissapointing.

customer service isn't the best
Buying my car the experience was great, no pressure very relaxed atmosphere. But, I would have to say the customer service is shaky at best. I have called several times, the receptionist is rude, no one has ever called me back. I guess after the sale, relationship with this dealership is over.

Cocky salesperson
Unbelievably insulting and cocky salesperson led us to buy a vehicle elsewhere. Should’ve listened to friends who told us not to even the. Absolutely will not return for any sort of service or to purchase accessories, even though Dean Team is the closest Hyundai dealership to us.
