Cant get it right
Took my car there and had 2800 dollars of work done drove it home 2 days later here grinding in my back tire took it back there a bolt missing and my rotor has a big mark in it they said they would fix it left it 2 days picked it up drove it the next day same noise now its 3 times im taking it back i dont understand if there so good and where payed for a rotor brake pads and caliber why they cant get it fixed. I didnt know a brake job was so hard since frank said he did it hos self. I so disappointed with the whole thing and the excuses they keep trying to give me so I would not recommend them

Mike and frank what great guys and a great shop im so happy with the job they did and the over and above job checking every thing out and the price for everything was so fair and honest I would recommend your business to anyone THANK YOU AGAIN

Best Auto Shop
We did business with Mike and Frank the owner. These two men are so professional and honest. It’s so uncommon theses days to find quality work combined with theses other two qualities, yet, we found it here at Dearborn Total Automotive. I’ve already began and will continue to refer others to this auto shop.

Honest Hardworking Shop
Frank is honest, hardworking, and made me feel comfortable from my first phone call. My Explorer is on the road again and running great. Thank you Frank for explaining everything about my repair and how my warrenty worked, it made me feel less stressed out about having my vechicle in the shop! Great first time experience! Quick and very open communication
I went in with a few different issues. They were open and honest about what they could do, the timing and prices from the beginning.

They ended to finishing a day early which was great and explained exactly how they checked each issue.
