Unfair pricing
Looked at a Hyundai Tucson. Had a trade. Quote included $2700 of BS add ons and trade allowance was $5K less than another Hyundai dealer allowed. Shop around!

Poor communication
I just booked an appointment to have service done on my car at our local Hyundai Delaney dealer. I called for my second oil change. Gave the young lady over the phone my exact mileage. She put me on hold and returned and said “sir you will be fine”. I rearranged my day, showed up this morning only to find out my car was needing another 1000 miles. The sad thing is I’ve bought 3 Hyundai vehicles in the past 6 years and none from this dealer because of situations just like this. I was a retail manager for 40 years. This was an easy fix to take care of the customer

Incredible Service
The service department got my daughter’s vehicle in the next day. Went above and beyond to get it fixed, despite me being almost 2 hours away. (My daughter is a student at IUP). The service dept was in constant contact with me providing updates. Benny was also very important in helping me get her car repaired and I appreciate all of his hard work. I have owned a number of vehicles and service at other dealers is always average. This is by far the best service I’ve ever received at any dealer.

lesson learned
I made my appointment on time and Jared had me right in service bay. had a tech go with me for a good drive and he explained to me that a dual clutch trans shifts different from anything I had ever driven. your tech also explained to me that I had to turn off 2 switches so the car wouldn't fight with me while steering . soooooo. I'm gonna give this technology another shot. thanks Jared and your tech for teaching an old dog some new tricks ?? sorry tech, I forgot your name . damned old people !

was in and out in a reasonable amount of time
I hope someone in charge will read this !!! I drove from McKeesport pa. to have my kona checked out. I am not happy with results. I complained about the transmission not downshifting correctly. when approaching a slowdown to make a turn slightly uphill the transmission slips and really jerks my neck when I resume speed. I think this is an issue and your service technician just told me that "they all shift like that". I think he should have driven it with me in the car so I could explain to him when and how this happens. I don't think it's supposed to shift like that.

I am so sorry to hear you were unhappy with your visit. This is the first time it has been brought to my attention that the repairs were not completed to your satisfaction, regarding the alignment. I would like to have you come back in for us to double check the wheel alignment and can also provide you with a printout of the measurements after repairs completed. We would be MORE than happy to go on a road test with you and explain the features of your vehicle in a way that make sense to you.

hatch stop working, waited for parts and then they repaired it.
We had the hatch in for repair and they had to order parts. They gave us a loaner car to keep till ours was repaired.
