ZERO respect for customers
I called Diesel Express Inc on 20200805 and left a message. Bob called me back on 20200807 for an appointment which we set for 20200811. We drove 20 miles and dropped the truck off before closing on Monday. Tuesday afternoon I called looking for status and was told it hadn't been looked at. No call back on Wednesday so I left another message on Thursday afternoon with no call back. I left one more message on Friday and it was unreturned. I called again on Saturday at 11AM as internet hours say its open from 8 AM - 1 PM. I told them to leave the key under the mat and I'd just come pick it up. Drove over there by 12:30 and the place is locked up tight. Now I have four round trips (two vehicles) over there and zero service. On Monday Bob calls and asks if I want to hear some excuses why no one could do my inspection and look at my vehicle in 5 days. He offered to mail my key to me...I went and picked it up as there is ZERO trust. Now I have five 20-mile round trips to this shit show. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or spend your money here as customer service is non-existent. I'd love to give this waste-of-time zero stars but not an option.
