Safety First!
A change in my truck's sound on the highway prompted my recent visit to Different Strokes. They were quickly able to diagnose my problem as failed hubs; they even had the parts on hand to replace them same day to get me back on the road! Top notch
I’m a GM guy through and through but I have a 7.3 work truck. Justin and his crew are the only folks I’ll even think about sending a Power Stroke. I have a GMC and his team has done work for me and all the work has always been amazing. They are fast, professional and don’t give you the typical run around. They will fix what you need and not upsell you on unnecessary stuff. Highly highly recommend

Complete engine swap - started as a nightmare, ended up with happy with dependable family hauler
Robert and the whole team at Different Strokes absolutely exceeded my expectations on a family rig. I had an 2008 Quigley E350 with a bad engine, called them about an engine swap, talked with Robert and decided to go with a rebuild, they found out two cylinders were bad, so I ended up with an engine swap in the end after all that cost me more money than anticipated. Why is that a good experience? Because they always communicated clearly to manage expectations, always worked with me to save as much money as possible, and in the end I now have a jacked-up, badass 4x4 van my whole family can travel in and my wife can have confidence in it going anywhere. It's a really long story, but suffice it to say Robert and the whole Different Strokes team did a great job, saved me money wherever possible, were super available for additional clarifying conversations, and guaranteed their work. I'm never going anywhere else in Alaska for work I can't do myself.

Spectacular Service
Just an oil change, right? Nope. They gave a full, comprehensive inspection and even cleaned the battery terminals!! Best service I’ve seen!
