We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, even if it wasn’t the kind of experience that gets a thumbs up. 😊 We completely understand how frustrating it can be to feel like your concerns haven't been addressed. I went back and checked all my messages and I did not see your concern.  I am so sorry we missed getting back to you to address your concerns.  I spoke with the tech that repaired you vehicle back on 03/05 and he does not recall the details on the coolant.  We never re-use the coolant we take out of a vehicle but he might have used the coolant you had in the car to fill the system... I really can't say what happened. It takes more than 1 gallon of coolant to refill a cooling system so maybe he used your coolant to top off the system but I honestly can't say what happened because it has been over a month since we repaired you vehicle.  I want to refund you for the coolant we charged you for.  I will reach out to you to see how you want me to handle it.  I am sorry for the mixup and not seeing your message and want to assure you we do not charge for work or parts we do not use.  Please feel free to call us anytime if  you ever have any concerns and thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing.  The only way we know if we fell short of perfection is for customers to let us know.   - Chris Sr. 936-539-3040
