Team found and corrected an electrical issue, and follow up visits have been phenomenal. Great communication, thorough, and always let you know up front the pricing, parts, and labor. Won’t take the Jeep anywhere else!

Beware of the office manager high pressure upsell.
Sent my wife to get an oil change and she got taken advantage of by the service manager. $500.00 + was the final bill. Been going there for years, but am considering going somewhere else after this situation. Scott the owner needs to get control of the front office manager. His reputation just took a hit today.

Awful customer service and communication
I made an appointment for Wednesday 11:30am. Called for an update at the end of the day Wednesday and Tracy said he would look at it Thursday. I called Friday morning and Tracy was rude and said they were “trying squeeze me in” I had an appointment scheduled in advance and should not need to be squeezed in?! ! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. If you don’t need a car for several days while they try to squeeze you in for a repair this place could work for you but if you rely on your car for transportation and are looking for reliable dependable professional service look elsewhere

Above and beyond excellent service
My car was given a physical and a report was texted to me about what they found that needed attention. They went over the report with me and explained what needed immediate attention and what can wait. They made sure i understood about the warranties. I even joined the Car Care Club which gave me immediate savings upon joining. I love it !!!!!!

This company will over charge you on repairs and sell you services for your vehicle that are not needed. Best advise is don't walk away from this company run.

They are very thorough and professional. I feel that I'm getting appropriate service for my car and I like that I get a complete inspection report after service. It is easy to make an appointment and they have a great waiting area for people who aren't dropping cars off and leaving.

My only criticism is that they try to schedule automatic appointments and when I have an appointment I'm barraged with text and email reminders. One confirmation of an appointment should be adequate and I'll schedule appointments when it suits me. Interestingly, while I was actually writing this review I received an email suggesting three items that need attention. The suggested service date was listed as yesterday and one of the items has already been completed. Oops.

Thank you Richard for such a kind review. We take pride in making outr space comfortable for our customers. We are sorry about the automated appoitnments, the system sets up them up automatically for when a serivice is supposed to be completed by date, not by milage. In the future we will try to update when services are completed so that the system knows they were already done.

When I was told I needed 2very important and expensive things done for my car, I asked to have them explained so I can understand problem and cost. As always ( I have been going to Doc Motor Works for5-6 yrs) I am and have always been satisfied with the quality of work done AND the fairness of pricing and respect as a customer they have always shown me.
