Service repair work.
I took my Chrysler pacifiaca in for warranty work, along with other service work needing repair..

The person that I spoke with in service dept, was very rude. More or less calked me stupid when I tried to explain a problem that I had been experiencing sence the van was new.
With out going into this matter further, I will close this review in saying I personally will never return to DON WOOD Automotive nor will I ever recommend any of my friends or family to get any type of service work done at this dealership. Let alone purchase a vehicle from them.

It's a shame that Quality Service and Respect for the customer have become 2nd rate . And then yet you have dealer ships like this one crying about why there sales and service are down. I wish the Don Wood Dealerships well. And hold no bad feeling towards them. But with all Respect they as a Dealership Rate just like so many other Automotive Dealerships. ( 0) there your friend as long as your buying or getting service work done and your not asking questions as to what, when, where, and why. And don't you dare question there technical ability. I can say that with confidence, as I spent 35 years in maintenance, service, and support. I held a master ASE Certification in heavy truck and Automotive power train.

Death wobble
When I drove the 2020 wrangler off the lot, I was 5 min down the road when I experienced the death wobble. I turned took it back and had to leave it for several days for it to be repaired. At pick up, I was assured that the problem had been fixed. Less than 2 years later, I’m experiencing the same exact thing. I drove 2 hours to buy this vehicle and now 2 years later having the exact problem that I was assured was repaired. Did not realize it was apparently a band aid fix. Idk what to do or where to turn, or if their work is even warrantied like other places. If anyone at all can help me please contact me. I transport my grandchildren to school and now I’m scared to drive it

Oil Change and Tire Rotation
Jordan and Rob in the service department did a great job getting me scheduled into the shop. They also informed me that I was due for a new cabin air filter. The had the part in stock and were able to complete the install in a couple of minutes. It even helped get rid of a musky smell in my vehicle! 10 out of 10 service!

May I please speak with a Jeep Representative!
I am happy with the Don Wood team.I am extremely dis appointed with the 2021 Jeep. The wiring uses a soy based coating that attracts mice, squirrels, ground hogs, etc. To this date, I have spent about 2000$ repairing the wiring. My car has 34000 miles. I have purchased many Jeeps. But never again. I want Jeep to know about this problem.

Jeep wave oil change.
Been using this dealership for 6 years for all oil changes.

New Jeep dropped off washer fluid light on. Picked up washer fluid light on, yet on sheet said green.

Nother trip tires rotated. Went take wheels off my 880ft/lb impact would not loosen lugs. No reason that tight.

Will not be back.
