Most reasonable service on the west side
Since my first visit to Donn’s, I have sworn off the dealers. My cars get excellent service here for significantly less than what dealerships charge. And they have a high trust factor with me. I highly recommend them.

Lame business tactics
A few things. I don’t support businesses that charge the customer the 3% credit card fee. I’m tired how in the USA it’s the consumers duty to makes up for the fees of the business. As a business owner, you take that hit. Don’t pass it onto the consumer. If that 3% is making or breaking it for your business you’ve got other issues. Next, I was given a price for the job and then when asked for a price break down was told “the boss just came in and said we can knock it down for you for this price.” Yea, okay. I’m from the streets and that’s one of the oldest tricks in the book. For those two reasons. I’m out.

 I am sorry you feel you had a bad experiance at Donns auto. The 3% fee added to cards is not from us, it the credit card proccesing company, it is out of our hands. We also pay a percentage to process cards. It is a new thing the card companies are doing, i think you will start to find it at all business. as far as the cost of repairs, The owner is the only one who can discount reapir costs to the customer and all discounts must be run through him. We would love another chance to earn your business and trust. We would like to make things right with you.
